I came across this little hot spot over 6 years ago and now I come here religiously!! The Eggs Benedict are the best I have ever had ever!!! All the food is fresh and delicious but it's the staff that make it that little bit sweeter. Amazing customer service and amazing food.. I drive over 30 mins on a Sunday for breakfast and I have several hip and trendy cafes around me in the eastern suburbs ... That just shows you how good it really is.. Great jobs girls

I have been going to The Spot Cafe now for over 7 years, experienced all the different owners, and well The new owner has upgraded this place so much it feel so fresh and new now. The quality of the food it always amazing!! My number one breakfast Spot every Sunday... They cater very well for children to, my daughter loves to get pancakes with her choice of toppings :) Excellent customer service and a very lively atmosphere in the Cafe always. See you Sunday !!

Awesome place. I live in the area and it's great to have a place that you can constantly go back to. I go there a couple of times a week and it never lets me down. The fact that you see the a lot of the same people going back and new faces all the times speaks highly of the staff and quality of service. The staff are always friendly and smiling and the coffee and food are great. The Friday night American Dinner is something different and always attracts a full house.

We used to go to The Spot nearly every Sunday, flawless food and service! Since the change of management, quite frankly I am disgusted in the downfall of the food quality. Firstly I ordered an omelette, which was served with non pitted olives! I couldn't believe it! Secondly the eggs were barely whisked and lastly we waited for half an hour for our food to be served to us. The amount of money that was paid for what I could probably say was the worst breakfast I have ever had was a GREAT disappointment. Waste of carbs and money, do not bother! If only you could give a negative star review!

I have been a couple of times for the coffee. I must say the coffee is really good and also strong. Have recently also had a bacon and egg roll... Hands down to the chef. Big portion and very good quality. This place hasn't disappointed me yet. Worth a try!

Went there for lunch last week and wanted to share my experience. It's a hidden gem that has great food and great service. I went with a group and we shared dishes. My favourites were the 'Hangry' board and the Superfood bowl. Both were fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The ladies who run the diner have done an excellent job of creating wholesome, delicious food with modern elements to appeal to everyone. Combine that with some enthusiastic service and you have winner. Well done!

Ok so I never write reviews for any place or thing but this one had to happen. I've eaten eggs Benny all over the world & I would definitely rate the the Spot's as easily one of the best I've ever had!! That's just the food. The service was more than excellent, & thd atmosphere was very chilled & friendly. They double & triple check your order & custom make everything to bring you your perfect plate of food. They also rememered how I have my coffee after only telling them once. I love that !!! Makes you feel valued & I love giving my money to businesses like that. I recommend this place to everyone :)

Great food and great service, I highly recommend this place. I went there for lunch with my fiancé and we both had the grilled chicken served with chips, salad and aioli. The portion size was good and the flavour was great. I also had a delicious mango smoothie and my partner a frappe coffee, these were also great. The friendly service by owners Constance and Alexis was the cherry on the cake. I can't fault this place. Oh and did i mention i also had one of the best salted caramel donuts i have ever had here? 5 stars from me!

These girls were so lovely!! Exceptional service and fantastic food and family friendly which was a bonus! My kids enjoyed the drawing utilities you provided them and it kept them entertained while we waited for a great and filling meal � thanks for the lovely service ladies I would recommend your cafe to anyone �

What a gem. Cannot believe we had not discovered earlier. Great decor and fantastic food! My steak sandwich was probably the best ever. Staff so welcoming and attentive at all times. We will definitely return.

First time at The Spot Caffe on the weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and the service was beyond great. My daughter spilt her milkshake and the waitress tended to the spill like it was no trouble and arranged for a replacement shake which was super kind. Even though it was really busy our food arrived in a timely manner and it was great authentic American food. Obviously not a place for those watching their waistlines. Looking forward to going back. Thankyou for the whole experience.

If you have not been here, you need to! I am a regular for breakfasts and each visit I make is always as delightful, if not more, than the one before. The food and drinks are superb, the girls pay close attention to your orders and aim to deliver the best. Best of all, their customer service is purely phenomenal. Of all the cafes I visit the girls try to build a solid rapport with each of their customers hoping to make their visits special and experiential. Please do consider stopping by. I recommend The Spot to anyone and everyone and it's with thanks for another regular that I now have become a regular myself. Thank you for wonderful breakfasts girls.

Went on Sunday for the American food. It was great. The service was fantastic and the food was served fast and tasted beautiful. Awesome place.

Service, smiles, hospitality, delicious food and not forgetting the amazing coffee ☕️!! Family friendly and they even cater for functions. Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon is my favourite but there is so much choice on the menu that you can have something different every time you go! They also have a healthy options menu :D But it's hard to resist their delicious sweets !! From Apple pie to Nutella filled balls!!! These two young sisters have a passion for food and always serve it with love.

Wonderful experience no matter whether you are there for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. From burgers, chips and their milkshakes our kids love going back there time and time again.

I got "The favorite" on the menu yesterday and it is currently my favorite that my girl friend kept on picking at my plate because it was so nice and fresh ♡

Had to try out this place after they changed management. Still such good value for money. I ordered the bacon and eggs and the serving was so generous that I had plenty of leftovers. Flavours were all there and everything was seasoned very well. The poached eggs were nice and runny too. Service is prompt and friendly without being too overwhelming. A great place to go for breakfast or lunch for catch ups!

Lovely local gem with great food and service. Definitely recommend the hangry board or the healthy board- value for money. Would definitely come back again.

Cafe by day and burger diner by night. Food is nicely presented and tasted great, we had the breakfast board, acai bowl, fruit platter and smashed avo on toast. Highly recommend this cafe, staff are very friendly!

Depends who makes the coffee, I think it's the owner that makes good coffee. The other workers make it taste horrible. Don't even bother with their coffee there. Other cafes in the area make it nicer

They say pictures tell a thousand words.. yes they do.<br/>Green egg, no signs of gooey yolk or freshness for that matter. Charred Bacon, couldn't believe it was served. It was black. Inedible. Sent both back. Got a replacement but waitstaff blamed it on an apprentice chef. Don't need excuses, anyone who saw it could have seen the Bacon was black. They took one of the meals off our bill which we appreciate due to the quality of food served. Honestly, I never give such low ratings. But wow, this could be one of the worst breakfast/ brunch experiences I've had.<br/>Want to return when it becomes the American diner burger joint. Husband not allowing it incase same people in the kitchen. Don't blame him.

From the ladies that brought you the best burgers in the West! The Spot Caffe is truly a hidden gem in the South West, i would travel here again for this brekkie. It doesn’t just look amazingly pretty, it tasted amazing too. . A typical takeaway shop/diner style cafe with tables inside and outside. Got myself a cheese chicken avocado grill and it was cooked to perfection! The service is even better to top it off. The two sisters who run this joint are amazing chefs and extremely passionate about their food and coffee. Great little cafe!

The coffee and food here is reliable. The girls are really friendly and make it a wonderful experience. The ambience is very enjoyable. So it's a good place to have breakfast or lunch.

The service as this place is below par. If you aren't a regular or someone they want to engage in contact with you are left sitting and waiting close to an hour to get served. The owners choose who they want to be their regulars. They choose who they want to be nice too. I wouldn't ever go back here. Self entitled owners.

The large sign behind the counter (the only one) has burgers, etc on it. But on certain nights they are not available and the staff give you a printed menu with different options entirely and not much variety.<br/>Then treat you like a fool because you didn't know, and asked for something you've just been reading on the sign. <br/>As the cafe wasn't designed correctly, the trays come right past where you stand to order and the staff tell you your in the way. The rude waitresses even barge thru people in the public street while serving customers outside. An overall cheesy place for family's with no class to think is a fun night out.

By far the best local cafe I have been to! Upon entry into the shop you are immediately greeted with a friendly welcome which continues to bring you back. Staff are some of the most friendly people you will come across and are always willing to accommodate for customer's needs! Service is exceptional and food is brought out not long after the initial order is taken. The menu offers a wide variety of meals to appeal to the taste of all individuals and is all completely fresh. I highly recommend the Big Breakfast for breakfast needs and the grilled chicken meal for lunch. <br/><br/>The experience at this cafe is one that you will enjoy and will always have you going back for more. When you take that first step into the shop get a friendly welcome also the food is to die for and always don't walk away hungry and they alway what to improve on everything they do

On Weekday morning. I decided to give Spot a go as I've passed it a few times and it's a bustling. Service is good don't get me wrong. I just didn't expect coffee to be so weak as it's more khaki in colour. The pancakes I could tell also not cooked on site, just microwaved. I was told they were out of ice cream which was fine as there's alternative choices. I was offered lemon pancakes. However didn't expect such a literal interpretation of it - pancakes served with 2 wedges of lemon. But I guess since pancakes aren't done on site..<br/><br/>I'm sure the egg and toasts breakfast will fare better but I can't say I'd be back to try without some period away to wipe slate clean again.

Awesome service and great tasting food!. The friendly staff always greet you with a smile and from my regular visits here they even know the way i like my coffee! The food tastes great and the value for money is amazing. Being a bit of a gym junkie i really do appreciate their healthy options menu. Their green smoothies is one of the best i've ever tried!

Best eatery around. My go-to place in the area. Great for meals, snacks or just a coffee. The service is exceptional, to a level not seen anywhere else. The food is top quality and the chefs are always happy to accommodate. And the pricing is very reasonable.

End up here every weekend, it's by far the best cafe in the area. The meals are homely and made with great produce. The service is efficient and friendly, it's a nice start to the morning to see the smiling faces. There's nothing they can't do for you and always have suggestions if you can't decide or to make your order better! And perhaps most importantly - great coffee!!

Breakfast of Champions. We have visited this place several times, and all those times, we have been more than content with the quality of the food. The excellent service only added to our enjoyment of the meal. Definitely recommend the Big Breakfast, if you can finish it!!

I frequently visit the Spot Caffe in Riverwood, the girls are delightful and always greet with a smile, their healthy options menu is great for my busy 'on the go' lifestyle and i am able to enjoy the taste of good food and not have that post meal guilt factor. The abundance of choices on their menu list keeps it fresh and exciting when ordering and i am NEVER disappointed. The Spot is ideal for those who love quality food and its affordability is refreshing. Its because of all of these facets of The Spot Caffe that keep me coming back!

Terrible service was waiting in the rain for 30 minutes to order after 40 minutes went inside to order myself not happy at all

Awesome food, superior service. I have frequently visited this place with friends and family. I have ordered the smoked salmon delight, Mediterranean Eggs Benedict, grilled chicken burger and big breakfast. I can say firmly and hands down that I have enjoyed every meal, and the price is great - you really do get a bang for our buck. <br/><br/>The service is also impeccable - I have never left the place without receiving a smile :)
