Review Yummy Dumplings - Robina

We were running late because our car battery was dead and we needed to wait for RACQ. We called the store up and told them our issue. When we showed up at the restaurant almost an hour after closing, they had stayed open in order for us to pick up our order! We’ve never experienced such amazing customer service!

Ensure you check what you are charged. Photos on windows are not correct. Went back to see what we were charged as it didn't match advised that prices at window are not correct. Food wise spring rolls we've had better, Mongolian lamb was ok fried rice wasn't that special

We went there after shopping in Robina town centre. Chose it because we love dumpings. Too tired and it was raining so hard so despite of its previous comments on google we still went in, ordered black bean beef with steam rice, pork and celery dumplings and pork and cabbage dumplings and short soup. They were awesome! Exactly the northern Chinese taste like I had many years ago in Harbin. And the short soup had a taste of Hong Kong restaurant. Maybe some dishes on the menu are not perfect, but what I ordered was absolutely satisfying. Will come again.

First time customers tonight and was very disappointed - the food (especially the seafood laksa) was actually inedible, floury, watery mush, had 2 mouthfuls and couldn’t stomach any more. We definitely will not be back.

Food was abysmal. An absolute shame since this establishment used to serve some of the best Chinese food and dumplings in Robina. The quality has really deteriorated over the years. Got the chicken dumpling wonton soups, chicken chow mein, Singapore noodles and pork and cabbage dumplings. Literally all of the dishes lacked flavor. Especially the dumplings. We shouldn't be having to flavor the dishes at home when we order takeout. Would definitely not recommend. Don't waste your money.

I've been going here for years, well over a decade. And I do genuinely love the place, however as a hospitality manager I've got no idea what's going on when on a Friday night with 2 people working I had to wait 25 minutes for some steamed dim sims. Now, while the wait time is annoying what's more frustrating is that I wasn't told that it would take such a long time! There's a massive storm overhead and if I'd known I wouldn't have been home for nearly half an hour I'd have given it a pass.

Very Good and tasty food, a very friendly, rustic looking chef which I prefer. But, would love to see a more organised dining arrangement with more inviting colours, neat counter area no drinks storage and card boards out at the front near the counter please. You need to be more inviting to dine-in as I don't prefer take away food because it looses its taste a bit by the time I go home and plate it to eat.

absolutely appalling. we ordered satay chicken noodles & mongolian beef and what an absolute disaster! the Mongolian takeaway container was quite clearly microwaved before delivery and both the dishes were completely INEDIBLE! we had to order dominos straight after our first mouthful, partner also had a stomache after eating it. should’ve read the reviews first.
