Review Salsa Fresh Mex Grill - Robina

I came here for lunch on Thursday and there was no line for ordering and a lot of available seating. My mucho veggie burrito bowl had a nice lime coriander flavour on the rice.

We had a dinner from this great Mexican restaurant and it's just fabulous. The customer service is ever so friendly and wait time is comparably less. The food is just delecious. Chicken fajitas had a beautiful blend of its ingredients that makes you wanna have more. The atmosphere is nice and not crowded. Will come back for sure.

I enjoyed Salsa's years ago. But I decided to go back recently and there was an entirely new menu. The food took a long time considering no one was in the restaurant. When the food did come, the portions were much smaller than before and overpriced for what it was, in my opinion. The food was below average in taste and the rice in all the meals of my group were undercooked and hard. Pleasant ambience, but if you want good food walk in to the food court, Guzman y Gomez is there.

The staff were very flexible regarding variations to the menu. The timing was very good and the price was reasonable. We really enjoyed the Nacho with beef and the share plate. It was easy to order addional items where we had run out. Well done everyone.

Great mexican food stop, for the amount and quality of the food, it is served very quickly and tastes great. The portion sizes (for the burritos) are quite large and fill you up for lunch. Would recommend anyone intrested in mexican food or someone who wants some spicy food. The staff are all lovely and sweet and right on it.

Came here for the first time with my family and were are vegetarian. There wasn’t much to offer for us. The nachos were okay but to much sauce, you guys need to be more confident with your meals. Not everyone likes their dishes drenched with sauces so that our nachos are soggy. But the low star score is also because the waitress that served us wasn’t very clean and isn’t someone you want to be handling customers food. She was wearing jeans that were clearly to small for her and everything was on show thanks to her tight shirt that would ride up. Her hair was down and a piece actually fell onto our table when she leant over to hand me my food. She also needs to learn about personal hygiene. She smelt very badly of sweat .

My daughter loves Salsa's, whether we eat on site or she has it delivered. Some weekends, we'll enjoy the package deal for 2 burritos and chips and 2 movie tix. Mummy daughter dating at its finest! I also like being able to wash down my Mexican with a sangria or margarita and these are always available. Not bad for a chain and always prepared fresh.

I hate to be the negative person but I think the workers were up in the clouds. Forgetting everything we asked for and both tacos were missing ingredients & were half full. I think I ate a plate of sauce over anything else. We are sooooooo annoyed. Waste of money. And the vegetarian options suck!

We are regulars whenever we visit Robina. Hadn't been for few months and went for dinner. Service was super fast but the food has gone down hill. Usually get a salad and normally can't finish it, unfortunately this time we were super disappointed, the servings are half sized! What's happened? Won't be back sadly.

Loved their food a lot, especially the burritos, the original beef burrito was the best. The taco and the nachos were so good too. The atmosphere and the service were good too.

Came to Salsa's Robina for lunch, was not told how the ordering works etc. stood at counter for 10 mins trying to order our meals, finally got it sorted. Meal came out, order a beef nachos, received a basic nachos - sent it back. Got the chicken quesadilla, extremely disappointed in the lack of chicken. Had to ask 2 times for our drinks, one drink came out wrong too. Finally got the beef nachos which has no taste and was sitting in liquid which made the corn chips soggy. Not impressed with the experience and will not rush to go back anytime soon.

Don't waste your time or money... Salsa's at Carindale & Mt Gravatt are awesome.... This place yuk yuk yuk.... Don't do it... Told the waitress it was awful... Oh sorry

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 30mins for food, asked what was happening. Apparently a "system error" occurred but we were assured that it was coming out with priority. We then waited another 10mins while other meals were still coming out and we were assured it was coming now. Waited another 5mins and asked again and we were assured just another 2mins but our "water was free". Ended up walking out with food because no one seemed to know how to make two nachos. Never go here. Is a real shame as every other Salsas I have been to has been exceptional but this one is a massive disappointment.

Poor food, worse service. Went to Salsa Robina today for the first time. Casual business lunch as we were in the area. Service was not slow, it was non existent. Unless you went to the counter and asked, staff would not come. Took even 20 minutes to get drinks (from ordering) and one drink was not delivered until meal was done! <br/><br/>Food is ordinary at best. <br/><br/>Ordered a "California bowl". Consisted of a bowl of grated lettuce, a few pieces of pineapple, small scoop of guacamole and 4 corn chips, and dried chicken bits. Absolute rip off. Felt puckish after that and ordered large chips...... The large here is smaller than any serving of chips I have seen even at a pub bar. <br/><br/>Sorry Salsa, but you really need to pick up your act. Word of mouth marketing is strong.....would never recommend and I am someone who is not that easily upset when it comes to food

Slow service, cold food, wasn't very tasty, won't be coming back. if you want Mexican go upstairs to Guzman's

Love it!. I love going to Salsa's with my friends or family. The food is fresh and I've always had great service there. I've only ever had great experiences :)

Poor service, average tasting nachos. We were the only customers but still had to remind staff twice we were waiting for our drinks. Ill try it again but order something different.

Terrible food and worst service!! Never will I go back there again!! I went there with my partner and he ordered a burrito which he said was very average and I ordered nacho chips and cheese with guacamole. The guacamole never came out so I went and asked for it. 20 minutes later a waitress brought a guacamole out and put it at another table and I had a feeling it was my guacamole but my partner told me to wait that the other table may have ordered it a as well. The guacamole never came out after half an hour my meal was cold. I left with only eating about 3 of the chips and to show my dissatisfaction I emptied my bowl upside down apon the table. Never will I go there again. :(

Food was luke warm and totally unexciting. Not much difference between this place and KFC. Give it a miss and try the sushi train next door.

Californian Salad is the bomb.. Had a Californian Salad at Salsa's, really impressed albeit slightly expensive for this sort of food I suppose. Staff were young but really nice. Funny how they drew little moustaches on themselves with permanent markers. Would definitely go back. Unique atmosphere.

What salsas? You don't have any

Average. Very average mexican, it appears the meals are pulled from the fridge and simply warmed. The nachos were weird, undercooked in parts and overcooked in parts. The guacamole had a funny taste and overall was not a good nacho. The tacos were also very average.
