Review Nando's - Robina

Wasn’t great, wasn’t terrible. Somewhere around 2.5 stars, unfortunately there’s no option for that so I generously rounded up to 3 stars 👍 the medium sauce is too mild, but the hot is too hot! Might be worth looking into a bit of r&d around the sauces. Wouldn’t mind some ketchup too.

We drive 20 minutes to go to this Nandos. Always a pleasure, the staff were very accommodating and just lovely people. The store was clean, and our food was hot and amazing like always!

When will the renovation be completed. There is absolutely nothing on there website that gives any indication. KFC turnover has sky rocketed while the NANDO’s busy with the slowest renovation I have ever seen. Even the motorway extension to Palm Beach will get finished before the Reno does

FOOD POISONING. AVOID THIS NANDOS! My brother and his partner ate here two days ago on the 21st of March 2022 and both of them had food poisoning. Their chicken was cold and their symptoms are severe as a result. They have been extremely sick for days and I have been with them to look after them. A locum doctor was called to help with treatment. It's really disappointing because they loved going to this Nandos but will never be returning.

Waiting online pick up order. Staff said they are preparing, and packing now. After 30mins! They said there’s no order under my name! They will start to cook my food!

Ordered two burgers and meals, the lady tried her hardest on the phone, kept repeating my order back to me, couldn’t hear me as it was so loud were she was taking the phone call. I repeatedly told her extra cheese, I get it and take it home to realise no cheese and extra tomato instead. Paid for extra cheese, not a big deal until I seen a HAIR in our chips... fix your joint up Nandos.
