Stuff was active and nice to deal with. Horrible sound, if watching Jurassic park take ear muffs or maybe in our session the guy incharge of sound was deaf. Dirty uncomfortable seats. Not a nice experience all up just walked out with family.

Nice visit to the movies with mixed qualities. The foyer & bar area provides a great vibe & staff are friendly. $18 as a Cinebuzz member is getting up there in price. Good sound, ok seats but falls behind Hoyts at Tweed which has full reclinables in all cinemas. Damp musty smell was the worst feature.

Clean tidy cinema. Comfy. Modern. Lots of different movies(duh). Bar and a snack popcorn shop to keep you going through the movies. Various levels of movie watching. Enjoy.

Gold Class - A clear lack of cleanliness as the seats provided had food between cracks etc. The "famous" chicken wings were overcooked verging on burnt and obviously very dry, the "hot sauce", you'd get more heat from tomato sauce. Service at front desk was great.

Turned up to Robina event cinema with a gift card that the manager refused to accept, she stated we needed to take it back to Pac Fair where it was bought. Basically suggesting it was stolen. Terrible customer service and lost out big time from today (we were planning on eating and drinking twice what the $80 card was worth) and obviously they’ve lost our future business and will now receive poor word of mouth.

Usually a mix of exeriences but overall a good place to go for a movie! Gold Class is OK, you have to make sure you re-iterate your orders or they might forget it like they did us!

Stale popcorn. No staff at your ticket office. Trouble booking online. Nobody answers the phone. Your Gold Class is uncomfortable and I had to walk out half way through the movie this morning. Very unhappy customer.

The Vmax was specially good. Very comfortable seating in what was a very clear and pleasant large room with excellent surround sound and a very large screen.
