Ordered a box with just gravy instead of potato and gravy, took 3 different times for the 14 year old they left out front alone to get it right, I did tell him we had already dipped a chip in before we realised it had potato, he then put it back in the draw with all the other ones for a different customer to get đ¤Ž.Also asked for a fork for my salad, got given a pack with just a spoon and napkin it and told there was a fork in there, there wasnât so I asked again and said it wasnât in there, a girl came out from the back and literally threw it at the bench and scoffed saying itâs in there, I opened it and showed her that there was in fact no fork, got an eye roll before she turned around finally gave me one. Disgusting behaviour from staff. Poor 14 year old boy that was working looked so stressed and was messing up other peoples orders, one person came out to help for about 30 seconds before disappearing again. Where was the manager to help?

This place is filthy. Saw a roach crawling along the floor towards a chip. The dining area was covered in rubbish and staff are standing there looking at each other. I came through at like 7:00pm the girl on FC was quite nice but she wasnât doing much. The guy who packaged my order just kind of placed it on the counter and threw the Sweet n Sour sauce next to the bag. Kitchen looked gross aswell.
Management didnât look present, no communication between workers and everyone was in slow motion. Took 15min to do 6pieces of chicken and large fries. If that was me at my workplace, the customers would of had my head. I understand that drive thru was busy but omg, you guys are in serious need of improvement.

KFC are in desperate need of a upgrade at their drive-through in Robina. During peak traffic times, the surrounding streets are congested. It is an accident waiting to happen.
As for the quality of food, KFC is fairly consistent everywhere you go.

Always leave something out of my order. Literally always. Thursday night placed a small order and the brunette girl... got it so wrong and when I mentioned it stared blankly at me for 30 sec and said so that is not your order and then again stared at me so blankly for a further minute and then proceeded to say I need the manager. Never again will I grace this store.Some people aren't cut out for customer service.

Terrible service from this KFC. I took the time to write a very detailed feedback/email and requested to contacted but they didnât bother to respond. The manager is rude and condescending and very unprofessional. Hopefully they were using the time to cook the chicken that they ran out of at 3:00pm in the afternoon. I asked for a substitute meal instead (nuggets) and specifically asked for sweet n sour sauce for my order. When I checked the bag after payment I was told they didnât have it. I explained that I donât like the other sauces and if I was told they were out I wouldnât have paid or bothered ordering. He was condescending and questioned that I didnât like any of the other sauces. However due the his incompetence and lack of empathy it was actually for someone with autism that yes âdoesnât like other sauce?â I wonât waste my time writing a review on here as it wonât get read but just to warn others, drive the extra 10 minutes to Burleigh.

Bought 8 pieces this morning from this store around 11am, 4 March. When I got home found 7 pieces were tiny wings. Not good enough at all. The girl who served us needs to be reprimanded or maybe this was deliberate!
Pathetic will use KFC in shopping mall in future!

Best experience i have ever had at KFC, The food was very fresh and hot, whoever was out the back on 24/03/22 at 12:20pm deserves recognition. Outstanding!

I asked for the drink in a 3 Piece Combo to be replaced with a Reg.Chips but to my surprise was not there. So I rang up and asked for a Voucher but ended up with a credit refund. Lol thanks guys. đđ
