Review Mcdonald's - Robina

On both Christmas Day and today 28th December, I’ve ordered through Ubereats for Hotcakes with BUTTER & SYRUP. Both occasions I’ve Hotcakes with NO BUTTER & SYRUP. Does Maccas don’t give out BUTTER & SYRUP anymore? Do we only get to enjoy plain Hotcakes? It’s not even a complete meal. It’s okay if we don’t get cutlery but the whole column is missing. It’s like ordering a Big Mac with just buns.

Staff there always great, but today Jane the store manager went above and beyond. After Menu Log totally stuffed the delivery, Jane sorted the issue for us immediately. Thanks Jane, U R a lifesaver. I'd rather crawl there than get Menu Log again. cheers, Peter :)

I don't know why I keep going here... I'd be a better parent going home and feeding my kids real food. Now today's experience. Understanding there are delivery issues and all but the only drink choice for the happy meals was water. When collecting at the widow it was offered in cups with a straw. Not a good plan for 2 and 3yr olds. The only reason I went there was for the apple pop tops.

Today 19/4/2022 I had to repeat my order 3 times because the guy serving me wasn't listening My order was 2 sausage & egg muffins with 2 hashbrowns & an ice chocolate with lactose free milk & each time he repeated my order with iced latte & lactose free milk When I corrected me he asked am I sure? I don't drink coffee so why would I order one yes I'm sure!!! He had to go over to the girl making the drinks & tell her he made a mistake on the order. First rule should be to always concentrate & listen to what the customer orders.

Disappointed in robina McDonald on Christine corner! Staff need to take care with making meals, now have lost a customer and will never be purchasing from again. When you order a type of burger you expect it to look and taste edible and look presentable not upside down and all ove r the place and only have the burger items on the actual burger. Very disappointed.

Second time I have ordered Uber eats from this store. Both times half the order missing - no utensils or condiments for pancakes. Pick it up guy’s and read the order. It’s as plain as day. I don’t know how you can miss half an order unless your rushing and not reading it at all. I won’t be ordering again from this store.

Upset at the fact I ordered Uber eats. I order 10 nuggets and there was no option for sweet and sour sauce. I called the store to make sure they got my order. Anyways I asked the lady to put in some sweet n sour sauce in the bag as that was not an option on the Uber eats app. And she said okay I’ll add an additional $1 to your order. I’m thinking why are you being stingy after it’s there fault there was no option on the uber eats app. Anyways thankyou

I ordered Uber eats, got a medium mcchicken meal and a wrap kids meal with orange juice, I did NOT get my mcchicken or my orange juice and the chips were sooo cold and disgusting. I cannot even contact McDonald’s by calling them because it says user busy, I am utterly appalled, disgusted and ashamed! Does maccas even care about feeding their customers and their mental health? Where are the human rights?
