UPDATE: I was impressed at the timeliness, and the response itself from the store franchisee who apologized and made the situation right. Thank you. (Original Review) My wife and I were extremely unhappy to arrive at the store to find doors locked 15 mins before the posted close of business hours, with 2 employees inside, dismissing us. One employee motioned that they were closed, and I pointed at the hours listed on the door. This was at 9:45pm, with the store hours listed as open until 10pm every night of the week. I pointed at the store hours sign and motioned that it says 'open til 10' and the girl stared at me and shrugged. The other employee came out from the back and I could see them discussing it amongst themselves, only to ignore me. I know this is only ice cream, but this was a Friday night, and we drove out specifically to get some ice cream, and being well within the hours listed on the store to be ignored and dismissed by 2 employees is frustrating.

Staff are always lovely and friendly, and the ice cream is delicious, there are so many flavours to choose from!

Just went in there and was super busy but this bloke who served us was super friendly and actually seemed happy to be working, really just makes all the difference!
