Review Roll'd - Robina

Came on Friday. Got a cold banh mi. The felling taste a bit odd. Nice cracling though. But found a piece with some hair on it and it ruined the meal. Nice curry but weird taste from the chicken. A standard meal although got stomach ache later that night. Not recommend

Hello. Came to this store yesterday and the service was below satisfactory. I was recommended this store by a close friend and while the food was impeccable, the service was not. I stood at the light up menus to be served, but the worker infront of me had her head down and seemed like she was ignoring me, though it was clear she knew I was there. Will not be coming back anytime soon, and if i do end up coming back, i hope the service has greatly improved.

Usually love the service and food here but today one of the staff members (older lady) was very rude and not friendly at all. When making the order she was very blunt and just looked unhappy to be there. When collecting the order, she pointed at where my food was and when I was missing two items I told the other lady working (who was nice) but when she told the older lady she seemed very rude to her aswell. Not even an apology for missing parts of my order. Won't be coming back again - worst customer service. 👎

Ordered at 2pm for 4:50pm pick up got there ( and was even a few minutes late ) and the order apparently hadn’t come through. Wasn’t prioritised or offered an apology disgusting customer service staff were filling sauce containers instead of focusing on getting a late order out won’t be coming back will try and find a location where they actually value customer service. also I’ve never seen staff work so slow in my life do better guys.

Went to rolld at 4pm yesterday (Saturday). 3 young girls were working. I had to ask to be served and was told they don’t have any rolls left which was fine however having one stand their on her phone & the other biting her nails definitely was not a good look for your brand.

I use to go here regularly as it's close by my work. The last two visits I have experienced such rudeness and terrible customer service from the same girl that I will no longer be going back. Both times the Pho's been cold and underwhelming. There's another pho place in the food court near the McDonald's, maybe they will be happy to have paying customers.

I usually have either the crispy pork belly Bánh mì or the rice paper rolls from Roll’d. I have tried most flavours of the rice paper rolls and they are all delicious. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Staff are always friendly and accomodate any changes like less chilli or no coriander in the rolls. Would recommend Roll’d for anyone looking for a healthy meal that doesn’t leave you feeling weighed down. The value for money is always good too.

Used to love this Roll’d, but my last 5 orders with uber eats have been wrong. Today I ordered Pho, and they left out the soup from the bag so I just have a container of cold noodles and raw meat for lunch lol. Tried calling the restaurant to sort it out but they never answer. Such a shame because it’s my favourite food but for the increased price on uber eats it’s just not worth the risk ordering.
