Review Oasis Restaurant - Rockhampton

Popped in for an early dinner and it was really good. Ordered the eye fillet which came with seasonal veg, potato gratin and a rich jus. Delicious and beautifully presented.

Came here for a birthday celebration. Vibes of the place absolutely lovely and highly recommend the duck and pork. Plating was gorgeous as well. Ordered a cocktail to share amongst 4 people which was more than sufficient. However, we ordered the steak and were not so impressed as it was a little tough and dry despite it being medium rare and rare. However, staff were apologetic and ready to replace the steaks on the house. We were very impressed by the service and will definitely be back again to try other things on the menu and the drinks.

A great spot for an afternoon drink, we tried the tasting paddle of beers all brewed in house, and had the Fish buns for entree followed by steaks for mains. Overall very lovely time, staff were attentive and the ambience was relaxed, hope locals continue to support through these tricky covid times

I always come here for a good steak. They know how to cook it for you. They have been very consistent in their quality and also very interesting modern menu. Recommended.

This place! Wow, we decided to go out for our mates birthday dinner to headricks lane and boy wasn't it fantastic. Excellent food, well presented and came out fast. Beers were tasty as and they advised us if they didn't have anything on their menu. Many thanks to the chefs and wait staff for a great night. Will be back again.

Great food. Service was a little inconsistent- unfortunately Headricks seem to facing the staff shortages being seen throughout hospitality venues in Australia. Mains came just as we finished entrees, so felt rushed when we were looking forward to a leisurely dinner. Drinks service slow. Staff apologised and thanked us for patience at end of meal - explanation would probably have been better to come earlier rather than at end.

Had dinner here during an overnight trip from Brisbane. Delicious cocktails, mains (steak cooked perfectly) and dessert. The atmosphere is great and definitely recommend going here if you’re in Rocky!

Absolutely the best place to dine in Rockhampton. Apart from the great menu selection, the food was brought out in record time, and tasted amazing. Plus the service was natural and friendly and just genuine. Will definitely be going back!!

Beautiful motel, rooms are very generous with space, beds are great, Staff were all very welcoming and prompt with service. Meals were always beautiful. I recommend this place for a little get away.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Not a single signal went off from my OCD self. Very clean and comfortable. Stayed with hubby and 2 sons in one room which is usually stressful but was a pleasure. Highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING, Had my husbands 50th birthday party there with over 60 guests and it was amazing service, food was very prompt and of excellent quality and lots of it. The staff were fantastic and nothing was any trouble.The pool kept the children entertained for many hours with no complaints from them, which made for a peaceful and relaxing evening, I would recommend Korte's in a heart beat and the attention to making sure the seating was to my liking from Bill, Brad, Grant and the girls was out standing, We enjoyed it and will absolutely return, Thank You for a great night

What a lovely place to stay. The staff were very friendly, food was fabulous. Our room was fantastic, nice & quiet as well. Would definitely recommend Korte’s Resort to anyone travelling through Rocky.

A fantastic place to stay!! Immaculate rooms which are set out really well, big car parks, great meals and an awesome pool. Everything around Kortes is immaculately kept and so well presented. The staff are fabulous and very attentive. We had 4 nights at Kortes and can’t wait go back.

Love, Love, Love this place !!! Sadly we are only here for 1 night, but wish we could have stayed longer. This resort is only about 10km from Rockhampton and we wish we had found this little gem on the way up to Mackay. The rooms are spotless and spacious and the kids LOVED the pool. The food is divine and the staff are absolutely awesome. We would stay here in a heartbeat again, next time we are up this way.

My husband and I were coming in to town to do our Christmas shopping. I’d been eyeing off Kortes for ages and desperately wanted to stay there. Everything looked amazing...food, pool, rooms etc so I booked and was excited to head away for the night with no kids, enjoy a drink and a swim and dig in to the delicious food after a huge day Christmas shopping! So we checked in, went straight to our room to drop our bags off and headed straight for the bar. A young girl came and told us we had to finish that drink and make our way out as they had hired the restaurant bar and pool area out for a function. I wasn’t impressed, they could of told us this when we checked in not even half an hr prior to this. So we went to ask to be check out with a refund to be told a flat out no! We were welcome to use room service for dinner....I didn’t want to eat in my room. NO KIDS REMEMBER!! I wanted to dine out and enjoy a meal. I wasn’t offered a discount.....nothing!! We paid $164 for 1 night but couldn’t use any of the facilities that they offer! So then we had to pay a $60 return cab fair into town to have a meal and a drink! Will not be back!!

Family owned family operated. Great family venue with a huge serving of class. Inaugural flight of the function room - the wedding party went off with the bang and continued into the early hours. Accommodation - most exquisite and luxurious. All meals Dinner and Breakfast -an abundant supply of delectable delights to soothe the savage beast or petite eater. Would i visit again - IN A HEART BEAT. Only complaint - Not enough rating stars, definately 10/10. Thanks Bill and Lynne.
