We order from this restaurant at least once a week from menu log. Tonight before delivering to Allenstown / The Range the driver first went to Lakes Creek out near the meatworks then delivered or meal last. By that time or meal was delivered it was cold and soggy. Was told it would be delivered between 1/4 past to 1/2 past 6 but didn't leave the restaurant till 20 past 6. We got out meal 6.50 cold.

If staff stopped talking and joking with each other. Service and food would be better. Server needs a hygiene notice.

I am so frustrated with their service. This has happened second time. I ordered a take away of veggie mini bowl and there was NO guacamole and cheese!! I believe they do this purposely for the take away orders. Unfortunately, there is no other GYG store in Rocky!

A big shout out to the guy with the pigtail hair style that went out of his way to ask my little guy all about his day and congratulate him on his birthday. You didn’t need to take the time, but it made his day, and service like that should be acknowledged. Thanks for the tattoos too! They were a hit

Meals came out cold with chips from the chip nachos floating in water/grease. 2 other meals didn't come at all and were told that we didn't order them. Luckily we still had the docket.

Good range of vegetarian and meat burgers, sides and sauces. Gluten-free options. Friendly service. Meals arrived in about 10 mins. Only negative is they don't sell coffee or desserts.

Good gyg outlet - portion size was large and was fresh, with lots of cheese and meat. Lots of places to sit.

Great food and great service. However evey table was dirty and a lack of hygiene and attention to table cleaning was evident. Tables were cleared but no cleaning supplies were used. Only upon request was our table wiped.

Thank you so much GYG Rockhampton for supplying Tropical Auto Group Service Department with lunch today. It was such a generous gesture and all the staff loved it. You guys are awesome.

We arrived at lunch time yesterday with a group of five. And within 10 minutes of being ordering our meal was on our table. Three of us had the Burrito Bowl and could not find fault with it. The meal was hot and delicious. One of the children had the Cheese Nachos and ate it all up, quite unusual for them. Service was friendly and always with a smile. The wait staff cleared the table quickly after our meals were finished and had a quick word asking how the meals were etc. Even though it was lunch and fairly busy, we never felt rushed and were made to feel as if we were the only patrons there. Thank you to the team at GYG!!!

Guzman’s used to have Impeccable service. Yesterday I waited & waited & waited in line, while the young man chatted with 2 ladies in front of me. There were also 3 people lined up behind me waiting to be served. There was no acknowledgement that we were even standing there. I went next door to burger urge.

We ate her yesterday with our three kids. The food was great and the service was really good as well. Big crowd so thought we'd be waiting for a while for our lunch, but it came out quite quickly. Will definitely be eating here again!

The young blonde man at the counter was excelent and well spoken and neatly dressed and polite. Unfortunately, this is the only good feedback I can give. The tables were all unclean and had been cleared but not wiped down, the two other women who were waitstaff were grubby and sloppily dressed and were not polite and looked generally unhappy in their job. The chips were old and tasted like they had been in the warmer fir quite some time and were not fresh. Sincerely hope that you can take this feedback constructively to improve your in store restaurant experience for your guests.

First time to GYG on a recommendation from our son. Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. Ordered Nachos and Burito bowl, we had both meals within 5 minutes and the restaurant was half full. Really enjoyed the experience and will be back for sure.

Our first time, the service was great, food was beautiful and fresh, prices were reasonable and the packaging was from reusable materials. A+ 10/10
