Review Bella Via Cafe - Rockhampton

Advertised online that it is open till 2PM. Arrive at 12:30 with my son and get turned away. Then get told we can order but it can be take away only. I understand closing early when quiet but I was not the only customer waiting.

Yeah eggies were good coffee temperature of the sun tho. Edit: 2022 I feel like every time I come here I need to edit this review. The food was great, if not for missing an item. What is painstaking though is the lack of urgency and confidence in the staff. Waiting ten minutes to be acknowledged while someone is standing behind the counter making coffee is not very inviting. I wish this was better than 3 stars but it simply is not.

Wow! Amazing place. Love the friendly efficient service and awesome food. Now our favourite place for breakfast and lunch. You must try it!

Had eggs Benedict and was amazing. Great size meal,sauce was perfect. Great service.

Amazing coffee every time, friendly service and unique and tasty food. (Savoury muffins are to die for!) I usually only order a hot soy latte, but tried the iced soy latte for a change and was very impressed with the well blended milk that did not separate. Thank you for always making my day! :)

Came here and selected the vegetarian breakfast. It arrived covered in bacon and eggs. When I went back to the counter to ask why. I was rudely questioned by the barista as to what fritters I had ordered as they have two options. I explained that there is no way I would have ordered the ones I did. As I don't eat pork. They offered to replace and when the new order arrived it was given to me with a very sour attitude from the girl who took my order. The fritters also appeared to be the same ones I had just got, minus the eggs and bacon. As it took them less than 5 minutes to remake something I waited 20 mins for the first time. If the service had not have been so abrupt this may have been a pleasant experience.
