Review Mcdonald's - Rockhampton

Stinky toilet 😷 So far the worst maccas I’ve been to. Sorry but the smell really got me early in the morning. Public toilet is cleaner than here. What made me more angrier is the quality of the coffee cup. It melted by hot coffee and the lid popped out spilling the contents all over our car! 😠

Tonight's dissapointing offer after a late hospital trip, large fries (x2) cold and soggy. Large hot fudge sundae had very minimal hot fudge. On a previous occasion I had an iced latte that the first one didn't even have a full shot of coffee in a large drink so was barely more than lightly flavoured milk and when asked for it to be remade the girl doing it went overboard on the sugar syrup so the whole thing ended up in the trash. Combine this with 10min waits for a hot latte in the morning (prior to 6am), I don't know why I or anyone else even bothers with this store.

This McDonalds "restaurant" was a poor example of the overall company image. Although it's located in a relatively decent area, the building and furnishings were run-down and there were several areas that appeared to have been roughly patched-up, but never repaired properly. The poor condition of their surroundings also seemed to influence the attitude of the staff, who performed their tasks per the training handbook, but not a bit more. Nor could they summon enough enthusiasm to greet customers with a smile. Unfortunate.

Went there three times across 6 days due to them being open and the closest to where we were staying, all 3 times ordered nugget meals with sweet and sour sauce, all 3 times got no sauce and didn’t get told they were out of sauce, just got given the meal. Along with that ordered two cheeseburgers and didn’t even get any pickle or onion on either, again without being told why. Must say as far as McDonalds go, this has to be top 5 worst maccas I’ve ever come across

This McDonalds had terrible ladies toilets. Three toilets, 1 was out of order, 1 door had lock ripped off and the other toilet was leaking. My burger was cold. I asked for it to be heated, they did give me a fresh burger but it was also cold and very oily. Workers were on their phones and there was full bins. Ill never go back there.

Wow, where to begin....from the moment we walked in, staff were clearly overwhelmed, too young perhaps to be able to handle the whole 5 customers in store. There were two people in the ladies toilets who were attempting to shower/bathe, Shave their legs etc at the bathroom sink. Then, after ordering a classic salad and a wrap meal, we proceeded to wait almost 20 minutes while Uber eats orders took priority. When we finally received the meals, we sat down only to notice there was no chips. We got back up and recieved them. Once again, we sat down, the pepita seed packet we were given for the salad was out of date by a month so once again, we requested a new one. They couldn't find any in date so made a very poor attempt at an apology and offered croutons instead which I refused. THEN, after finally opening the salad, it was literally cut up pieces of tomato (not the usual cherry toms) and iceberg lettuce with an uncut piece of chicken. We went back for yet another time and we had to demand a refund. We were not offered any apology or replacement. Will not be back under any circumstances. Absolutely disgusting

Thought you's were fast food. Called in for a coffee and hash brown after work this evening. From order to receiving my order 14 minutes! And, hash brown was cold and soggy!

All good walked in and ordered a big Mac and large frie's take away received order and went home the fry's all good the big Mac was the size of a jnr Burger? With stuff all filings! For value for money go to Hungry Jacks at least their Whooper is the same size as advertised.
