Great coffee, but last 2 times I've been there not happy. First time got an iced chocolate which was warm milk obviously sitting out and not in the fridge, then yesterday got a hot mocha which was barely warm, sent it back. What's going on???
i love Zarraffas and go there with my friends pretty often but the last few times I went to order I felt very rushed and unwelcomed.
They don’t offer cup trays when one person is collecting multiple items - making it extremely inconvenient for people grabbing it to-go. and the food items i’ve order
I ordered the chicken snitzel and baked potato with roasted spinach and crunch crackle

Zarraffa's in my opinion is one of the best coffee places in Rocky. Especially their "Fusion" drinks, they're just too good. Ive never had anything as good as them at any other coffee places.
Says open for dine in however they were not, unfortunately with a caravan we can not use the drive thru. Sign on door says storefront not open due to covid. So heads up for everyone so there’s no others who get disappointed.

Usually well paced but when it's not during rush hour they can get a bit slow
