Review Subway - Rockhampton

Asked for a 6" turkey on Italian herb and cheese with cheddar, mayo and honey mustard. Wanted lettuce, carrot, onion, olives and pickles. Bread, cheese meat and sauce were right. For Salads... Only got lettuce.

Love this subway, usually great service especially from the guys, but the female with tatts was sooo rude. We work 12/13 hour days. I drive 1000 KMs for work every week. Was trying on phone to co-ordinate food with hubby and she slapped the food around and gave me sour faces. No one was behind me, and I actually asked her not to slap the bread around like I was wasting her time. She even told the young guy under her breath to not waste his time with me.very rude.this poor young kid was out in an awful position. The rest of the staff are amazing.i will not let her serve me again and there was no manager onsite to talk to.

I used to hate going here. Always messed up the order. Gave it another go other day after laying off for a year and I tell you something. Exceptional food was delicious. Went back for food couple days later and they had literally memorised my order down to the word the service was outstanding and had provided yet again. Great food. Great improvements. Extremely impressed. Will be back again definitely

Probably the worst subway experience I’ve had, went through the drive through and got 2 subs but the breads were on the opposite subs and neither were toasted when they were both meant to be and she even made sure.

How do they accidentally put a jalapeño on a kids mini? My son was screaming after biting into it. Check your children’s subs before they eat.

One of the best subways I've been too. Very friendly staff, fresh and clean. Bread and salads were fresh and you could really taste it. Doesn't look great on the outside could do with some work but the staff certainly make up for it. Everything was great. I highly recommended this place.

Ordered some platters for a luncheon. Order was placed on the day and was ready for pick up at the agreed time. Presentation of platter and customer service was excellent. Platter had a good variety to suit different tastes. Hassle free transaction. Would definitely use again.
