Review Baskin-robbins - Rockhampton

When looking for a special treat, my wife and I just have to stop and enjoy the mouth-watering temptations Baskin's have for us to try. Alone with the old favourites there seems to be always something new to tempt.

Fast service and quality ice cream. We found they were missing a few of the popular go-to flavours but we were still satisfied with the ones we chose, inside of the store wouldn't be suited to a large group.

Very nice ice cream. Could be doing with a freshen up in decor. Lovely staff

Milkshakes are great but sometimes the service is a bit weird.

Just what we needed on a hot day. Sophia was an absolute rockstar handling so many people and also advising on halal suitable icecream. Will be back!!

Always one of my favourite places to go to when I visit Rockhampton. First stop and last stop always

I went to this shop and they asked me for mask and I didn't have a mask after that I got a mask and went back then I see that one their staff member was not wearing the mask. What the hell it is..... They are following the rules and they are saying plz wear the mask. I have another issue that I had collected enough points for free scoop of ice cream and from last couples of months the app is not working in this shop. So it is the last warning that I am gonna put a complaint to Baskin if it will not working soon.

1 Stars for poor quality. I ordered Macadamia Nut n Cream, I usually have this flavour and have had it a hundred times and different brands. This is my favourite flavour. Macadamia Nut n Cream from BR was not at all the same what I received. This had plain vanilla ice cream mixed as it has the same texture, I think I was fooled. Wondering if others has had similar experience. Staff did say they will change the cup but still, I feel I was fooled.

My husband and I would love to give a shout out to the young girl who was working this afternoon (about 3pm) As we walked in with our 3 girls to decide on which deliciousness we would get, our youngest decided it was a good time to empty the contents of her tummy all over me, the floor and outside �� The lovely girl, who's name we did not get was more than helpful with offering cloths and water and helping cleaning it up. I feel just terrible, about it all but thank you for taking it in your stride and even checking in on her later �
