The chicken and strips was exremely salty, not sure if you are trying to change the recipe, but it was quite bad.
Ordered large chips but got this.....could have just taken a small one. Not great!
Ordered 3x dipping sauces which was not included
Ordered 6 pieces of chicken, got 1 wing, 2x drumsticks and 3x rib pieces and no theighs 🤬. Honestly not impressed. I feel ripped off to be honest.

Every time we go the we ask for extra seasoning on the chips, 9 out of 10 times it doesn’t happen.. they note it on the order, but staff packing the order rarely read the order properly…. I understand it’s fast food, but pretty much every time?

Asked for extra salt n they emptied the whole stash of Colonel's Crack in the bag and then added these soggy old fries ontop. Not Impressed!!

Store was dirty inside and the amenities were needed attention.
The car park situation is ridiculous. If you go to leave and the drive through is busy you will be held up till either a gap arises or a car let's you exit.
The food on the other hand was best KFC I've eaten for a while. Chicken fresh and cooked perfect colour and taste.

Very friendly staff. The food did take longer than expected but it was very busy. Everyone was working super hard to keep up.
