Review Fuel Cafe - Rockhampton

Ordered the Japanese pancake and chicken quesadilla- what a flavour explosion! Food is absolutely amazing. Just found my new favourite lunch cafe. Has multiple gluten free options and fresh salads too. Highly recommend!!!

A disappointing experience. Advertised paleo options when there weren’t any and staff had no idea as to what this is. Would not find out ingredients of foods. Won’t bother coming again!

The customer service was horrible. We had the owner serve us and she was incredibly rude. She served her regulars who entered after us first. When we asked for 2 sweeteners she was extremely judgmental and voiced her opinion on it and didn’t end up having any available, so we were left with having sugar. She also made our drinks and they were not nice and we had to add flavour later on to mask the burnt coffee. The chai latte tastes like warm milk with barely any flavour and if it wasn’t for seeing some of the spice floating in the drink I wouldn’t of known it was there. The caramel iced coffee had no flavouring and just tasted like burnt coffee. Very disappointed. Regret wasting our money on drinks we had to throw away.

Dropped in for great coffee. Noticed they had a wide selection of food for lunch and coffee breaks.

Owner/manager extremely rude and has issues. Abused me over a car park that has no signage, that was not deliberate . Would never go there again.

Quality of food is nice. You get what you pay for. I always just order their Burger. They also have a nice selection of food for Keto.

Service was friendly. Would love more of a chilled GF range as was a hot day and larger water bottles. Will be back to try the Keto sausage rolls though! Took home a couple of sweet treats, sadly the Keto Ferrero Rocher melted but still tasted great (gave me 3 servings).

Visited here for quick fixes for lunch a few times - found they make really good and fresh salad wraps and rolls, reasonable prices to go with. The food was delicious and tasty. I really like their food. Service was great and staff super friendly and attentive. i highly recommended this place.

We went to 2 other paleo style cafes before coming here I was dissapointed by the others I should have just come straight to fuel. The service is amazing the owner also knows the menu and what’s in most of the food and was super helpful answering questions as we are on gaps diet. Terrible customer service. Bought a corn beef roll but it was full of chicken. Thought it would be good enough but it was super dry. Wasn't nice eating. The manager argued with me most of the time and made excuses for why I would be dissatisfied even when the best answer if often 'I'll make you a fresh one' whether you want to or not. That would've been the simplest solution to this matter. I bought a different sandwich from the fridge and it was fine. Not once did the manager offer to remake the mislabelled product, accept that I was dissatisfied with it and make amends. I like the rolls fuel make but this one was just shit. It wasn't my fault that it was shit or mislabelled but it was the manager's fault for holding on to how right she was. A re-make was required, not attitude. Waste of time and money.

Loveeeeee Fuel Cafe!! Lisa and staff are always smiling! Food is yummo especially raw treats (to die for!!) And coffee is superb!

Quite possibly one of THE best coffees I've had in Rockhampton and best of all only $3 with great service with a friendly smile. Will defs be back...teehee maybe even tomorrow ���

Only just discovered this place and decided to give it a try for breakfast this morning. Stopped in and picked up a chorizo fritatta and a flake cheesecake, immediately fell in love. I'll be back for sure!

Absolutely wonderful little cafe. Everything in the window is fresh and delicious. Healthy and naughty options. Owner is warm and friendly and I really enjoy dropping in here for lunch. Great job Fuel Cafe!!!

I only just stumbled upon this gem this morning and I've fallen in love. Tried the Puerto Rican pie and it was delicious and everything is decent priced. Lesa is also so lovely!
