Honest pretty fed up by the morning crew. I come in fairly fairly regularly because I'm a night shift worker. Over the last month or so there's been a very sharp decline in product quality. Rock hard pancakes, over salted fries, black/stale patties, missing items etc. If it was a one time of occurrence,fair enough but it's been happening way to much lately.

What is the point of being open 24/7 if at midnight just about every night they are doing an update so they can't take any orders for the next hour?!!! Why would they do an update almost every night that's takes an hour long?! What is the sense in this?! The past three times I have been here they haven't been able to take my order. It's just ridiculous.

Absolutely appalling service, waited 20 minutes in line. When collected food, everyone including supervisor, was standing huddled talking and not serving. Women at pay window was the only one doing her job and had good customer service.

I’m not trying to be a Karen but service was Very slow, waited for my order more than 30 minutes. My whole order was cold. The inside of the store was disgusting and full of flies. Was not pleasant. Was very unhappy with the service. Will not be coming to this McDonald’s again!

Can not dine in at time of review unless you can prove vaccination status restaurant was very empty no customers inside due to having to show Vax status I assume and slow service

Ripped off again ordered a Happy meal for our son get home no toy in it. Everytime you order through the drive thru they rip you off.

Super angry. Did not check the order was correct before Delivery through menu log. Got completely wrong order. They are seriously lacking in customer service.

Another typical Macdonald's.. just have to accept you get the service and food you pay for.. cheap!
