Review Hungry Jack's - Rockhampton

Ordered 2 standard whoppers by delivery. Missing lettuce and other ingredients. Basically patty, tomato, onion and sauce. Both were the same therefore it isn't a mistake. I'm sure all whoppers were being produced like this on this day. For such a high cost per burger this establishment can't be recommended until standards are raised and the food represents what is being advertised.

Delivered via menu log Easter Sunday night. Must say some of the best HJ's I've had! Burgers were beautiful not over sauced like they tend to be sometimes and were made with care not just slapped together and they actually just about looked like the picture!!! Haha. Chips were fresh even after delivery and nicely salted (not under salted)which can also be a complaint of mine now and then. A+++ fast food

Freezy machine is perpetually broken, if it isn't that its another machine broken down. I told the family today we are not going back there because their equipment is too unreliable, resulting in somone in the car being disappointed and having to alter their order at the window, 5 out of the last 5 visit in a few months. Speaks to the management of the North side store and likely lack of! Update, don't bother with the pork belly, it's just small Delux burger with some or added and waisters of money. Half the size of a whopper

Just ordered uber eats from here an hour ago. Had an hour delay on the driver, for new a driver to come from the city! Hungry Jacks staff had a whole hour to check/ double check my order for it to be missing food, barely any chips plus they were stale cold!!!!! Never spending money here again. Called the restaurant 5 times and no answer!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!

This place would be the dirtiest place I've ever been too.. the local dump is cleaner. Not even talking about all the rubbish, the floors and walls look like they haven't been cleaned in years.

Hit and miss, sometimes there are really good on service and food quality. Others times I wonder if I would have been better off staying home and making some mi goreng packet noodles.

My order was incorrect through Menulog, which is fine, these things happen, however when I called the restaurant as instructed by the Menulog site, the staff member that received the call was incredibly rude. Basic customer service skills go a long way Hungry Jacks, maybe implement those. The burgers might be better, but the customer service is bloody atrocious, and this isn’t the first time unfortunately

It has what you expect of a hungry jacks. Consistent food, mediocre service, tolerable wait times and cleanish dining room. Funnily tho, the kid at the counter asked if we wanted milk in our flat white.
