Food generally good, ingredients were fresh except the beef of Thai salad have a bit heavy with tenderiser probably bicarbonate soda. Tomyam was full flavour with real ingredients.

Had nothing but good things to say about Yais until tonight. I text to place an order which I normally do because their English isn’t the best when I have called to place an order. 15 minutes later I hadn’t had a response so I called the store and they confirmed they hadn’t received my message yet, I said please just cancel it as it will be too long a wait now. I then was bombarded with abusive text messages from the restaurant accusing me of cancelling an order when they had already begun preparing it and calling me rude. I can’t believe the lack of professionalism from a company and how they would treat a regular customer.

Went in for the lunch special, good choices, very tasty food and good portion sizes. Great service, and didn't wait long for food.

This small intimate Thai restaurant serves delicious dishes is a hidden gem because it is kind of hidden. They were busy and we didn't get served promptly and others were served before us. But it was very hectic and they were apologetic. The food more than makes up for the all of the place service. Definitely try the pineapple curry if you would like something different. It's divine with coconut rice. More please! The fried rice was one of my favourites and I have eaten my fair share. This place has the right flavour and texture. Yummy! I would love to have it for lunch everyday. There is parking in the area especially at the back. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back for sure.

Great local restaurant for its service and food quality. We absolutely love the green curry chicken and the sweet and sour pork, followed by the beef Pad Thai. Will come back again for takeaway and meals again

Not very good service and average food. Went to collect our order and were informed at paying that they had run out of tofu. We did not receive a courtesy phone call asking if we would like an alternative dish (so why take my number??) So one dish down. Get home and they had forgotten the rice. Was barely enough to feed us, and lots of juice left on the plate as there was no rice!! Very average dishes with very little meat and what meat was of a chewy consistency. Definitely will not go back again

Decided to give Wii's Thai a go as my partner and I love Thai food, but generally need to make a large trek for it. Can't believe we had this hidden gem close by and hadn't gone sooner! Very well priced, delicious and very well presented. Looking forward to many return visits!

Very good food, decent price and really friendly staff. I went away for work for 7 months and they still rememberd my regular order. 10/10 would recommend

One of the most amazing food take out places in baldivis. Extremely friendly, efficient service and well priced. Dishes are large and colourful. We will be eating for here again

Ordered the massaman curry and spring rolls.. spring rolls had absolutely no flavour, definitely nothing to rave about.
The curry was tasteless and oily, mainly full of potato, and the side of rice was gluggy. Cant say id be back unfortunately.

Worst thai i have ever eaten !

We ordered a masaman and a chilli beef .
The masaman was so low in flavour the dish was indistinguishable. The sauce had no consistency at all and was thin like water. The meat was so overcooked but not enough to be tender. It seemed to me that it was a very cheap lean cut . It was sliced like a Chinese dish and because the sauce was so thin it didnt stick to the meat and the meat was tasteless and rubbery . It also tasted like they added too much sugar the sauce as the only flavour it had was sweetness ( in a bad, sweet pickled gerkin, kind of way )
This was the better of the two dishes which isnt saying much .
We ended up eating curry left overs from another night as the whole meal was inedible and boring . We love thai and eat alot of it, we are also pretty easy to please where food is concerned . However this was something else
Such a waste of money !

We were very glad when Wii's Thai opened and we found that they serve very nice, flavoursome and spicy Thai food. We have become regulars and have frequented Wii's atleast a dozen times since it opened. I recommend the crab curry highly however there is usually a limited supply so leave me some. The small dining area is cozy and neat and we enjoy popping in for a no fuss enjoyable meal. Attentive and quick staff makes for a great overall experience. Would recommend. Try the chu chee salmon.

Friendly service, good quality meat, fresh ingredients and genuine Thai flavours. Our favourites include the Chicken Red Curry, Fish Penang and Prawn Masaman. Well worth a visit.

Just tried Wii's Thai for the first time.
I want to supply some constructive criticism.

I love traditional Thai food (hate western modified Thai).

The beef yum Nua (Thai beef salad), while having the correct dressing and flavours the meat was over cooked and in too large pieces. Very disappointed no birds eye chillies were used instead they used long cane chillies and then made the heat up using dry chilli flakes.

This gives the meal a sandy texture, please in future use fresh birds eye chillies, don't over cook the meat and slice it into small strips.

First time eating here , Just had the masaman curry and special rice 👍 awesome stuff

a very delicious meal from these guys, everything about the meal was fresh and packed with flavour.
Great Thai green curry! Service was quick and friendly.

Finding a local good restaurant felt like finding a $20 note from some jeans that just came out of the washing. It was very exciting especially since Wii’s Thai was only about a 5 minutes’ drive from home.

One time two male customers came into the restaurant and asked whether Wii Thai serve any Singapore noodle. The other customer then asked whether Pad Thai will be served with curry because he didn’t want any curry on his noodle. The front counter lady answered them nicely of the ingredients that they will use and the type of sauce and ensured both customers that there won’t be any curry on the Pad Thai. It was very refreshing to see an exemplary display of customer service that night.

Amazing, simple & delicious thai.
Big serves, friendly staff, delicious flavours. Good quality meat which is a big plus for me as I'm very fussy with chicken. Have been many times, can not fault the food.
Dishes of particular note are Chicken Panang, Chicken Satay Sticks, massive Spring Rolls, Chu Chee Salmon (huge portion size of salmon) and the Prad Prik Gand Dang.
Wii's Thai is very highly recommended by me.

Tucked away in the Baldivis shopping district, Wii's Thai Cafe & Takeaway is a quaint little place which exceeds the expectations set by its simplistic appearance.

The restaurant itself is neat, clean and decorated with just enough culture to feel inviting enough to someone looking for a delicious Thai meal without any of the frills of big-scene dining. I'm often a fan of these sorts of little gems, and I really appreciate the personable approach of the owners who run these businesses.

The menu itself was quite broad with lots of options to choose from, and the owners were proactive in asking if we were okay with spicy food. As lover of spicy dishes, I was pleased to get a curry which was perfectly hot without holding back, while still knowing that they were willing to cater the same dish to people of all taste palettes.

I ordered the Pineapple Red Chicken Curry while my wife ordered the vegetarian Tom Yum Pak. Both dishes came out reasonably quick, were presented quite nicely for a takeout/casual style restaurant, and I was very satisfied with the serving sizes. As someone who is admittedly fussy with chicken, I was also surprised by the quality of the ingredients and felt safe having my pregnant Wife eating there with me. I've eaten a lot of Thai food, and this definitely ranks right up the top within its price bracket.

If you're looking for somewhere quiet and chilled out to go enjoy some delicious food for not too high a cost on a week night, Wii's is the perfect place. It might not look like anything too fancy from the outside, but don't hesitate to give it a try. It's good food!

Like one of the reviewers said, this is just a takeaway place.I frequent here only 1x / 6 months if the wife really craves something spicy and sour and we do not want to go to the next suburb to have to get it.Most of the dishes are pretty average, sometimes too oily or not enough ingredients. Having rice and noodles occupy 95-98% of your takeaway plastic box can really get you into a bad mood sometimes.Prices maybe could be 20% cheaper so that I will not expect too much.Very quiet during dinner which sometimes make you wonder if you made the right choice in buying food from there..

This is a take away place, they have tables set aside to sit at but I could not be comfortable sitting to a meal in a place without atmosphere. People are continually coming in and out waiting for orders to take home. So please don't come here expecting a restaurant its take away. The guy who serves at the counter also has a take away mentality however the lady staff are pleasant. Therefore my rating is based on the food only because the service is minimal and does not reflect the quality of the food.

The food is good actually it is very good, there is a wait of about 20 - 30 minutes for most meals and this is because the food is made to order. The girls in the kitchen can cook. Our family is always excited when we decide to get our dinner from Wii's. I personally love the yellow fish curry and the chicken fat rice. They also have a really spicy and fresh salad which is also awesome. I think most people that have eaten the food here and also eaten local food in Thailand will instantly be taken back to their experience in Thailand simply by the fragrance and flavors.

This is mine an my families fave Thai Restaurant, beautiful food very authentic. My first stop every time im back from work. During my r n r I'm likely to stop here at least three times :). The mu larb is absolutely amazing. Pandang curry is beautiful and your always greeted with a smile. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful.
Prices are reasonable and its alot healthy than your average takeaway.
Can't understand why they have had bad reviews these people must not know real thai food or even been to thailand before. So shouldn't comment.

Fantastic Thai food. Having traveled many times to Thailand and also lived in Asia for many years I was delighted to experience Wii's Thai in modest Baldivis. Great flavor and super fresh food. Excellent Massamam, Red Curry, and the Pad Prik Gang Dang was a fav. I was stunned to read the negative reports as in my opinion I could have easily been eating in Thailand. I'm note sure what some people expect, perhaps they are not familiar with authentic Thai food for example there was a reference that the sweet and sour sauce was not the same from most other 'CHINESE' restaurants hmmmmm?

The worst takeaway experience I have had in Baldivis. First and only time I will try this place. I wasn't even sure it was Thai or food court Chinese we were eating. Should've known it was crap as nobody else was there on a Friday night. Really people should not be allowed to sell food like this. Would have been better going to Wok in The Box around the corner who have all the same meals.

Me and my wife both are Thai food lovers! Can't find a decent Thai food when we both staying in Perth until we found this one in Baldivis. Foods are superb and been here a lot of times, yet never fails to amaze us with its good food!

Was just over here on the weekend with friends, the shop setting is nice and packed with people.
we decided to dine in but the place was full so we ordered and went to the pub next door. The service was fast for 12 meal in 25 minutes. So quick!!! I'm very surprised for all the bad commend cause the food is absolutely amazing and fresh. Nice green & red curry, pad thai and all of stir fried with big meat slice. The serving is also very big ,reasonably priced!!
We will definitely come back to try some other things! Love this place!

Disappointing, wont be returning. Looking at all the great reviews I am surprised our meal was so bad. Tonight we ordered takeaway, the chicken wings, pad thai and sweet and sour pork. The food was so disappointing, it usually takes a lot to disappoint me with food, I am not a fussy eater, nor is my partner, but neither of us could get through half of our meals and we chucked it. I didn't even finish one of the four chicken wings. For the sweet and sour pork, usually from most Chinese restaurants the pork is battered and comes with a sweet and sour sauce, but at Wii's, the pork came already in the sauce and was not battered. The sauce itself just didn't taste as good as normal sweet sour sauce nice. The chicken wings were just not nice, they looked unappealing and didn't taste great, they looked a little pink on the inside too. My pad thai was so disappointing since i LOVE pad thai and usually love it wherever I order it, but it just didnt taste nice at all, lacked flavour. I feel bad writing a bad review as I never write bad reviews, but we were both just so disappointed and will not be returning.

Very tasty & fresh, a little over priced which may lead to shopping elsewhere on the strip... I guess that is up to them..

Yummo. Great entee, lovely larb Gai, awesome red and green curry - all reasonably priced.

Yummy thai food with a good price!!. The food that I ordered was yummy and full of flavour, the vegetables were fresh.
Good service from the staff and I recommend the Pad prik geang dang, sweet and sour pork which was bursting with flavour.

Excellent. Great food, great service always on time and ready to go when ordered over the phone.
They will change elements of the food to suit our needs, we will definitely continue using them for all our Thai food needs :) .

Not very good. Vegetables were undercooked and looked like they were out of a frozen packet. Ok value for money. Easily get two meals out of one curry and rice for $20. May go back if I was after a cheap half decent meal but wouldn't rate it as far as thai restaurants go.

Nice authentic food but not without problems!. Quite Nice authentic Thai food and they seem to use fresh ingredients, but it's very expensive for the size of the portions they serve up.
Also, they managed to get our order wrong TWICE in a row, having got home with somebody else's order both times (This seems to be a common occurrence looking at other reviews here?).
What narks me is the way WE were expected to return it and then wait all over again! ....What they SHOULD be doing is re-cooking it and delivering it free of charge, OR offering a voucher for a complementary meal next time, to cover the inconvenience they are causing.
As neither of those rectifications get offered and its all viewed as a bit blasé we will not be returning due to the lack of care, which is a pity.

Yummy!. Great food and very well priced. We were sceptical with some of the reviews but after ordering on a Friday night, we were happy with the friendly service and clean, flavoursome food.

Yummmmmm. Amazing Thai food , I have been to Thailand many times and can not find better Thai food in Perth, authentic, well priced and delicious. Do yourself a favour eat here !!!!

-----26 Jan, 2014-----

Best Thai in perth !!!!. I was surprised to see bad reviews because Wii's Thai is the best in Perth. I am a big fan of Thai food after visiting Thailand on numerous occasions. Before eating at Wii's Thai I was always disappointed. Wii's Thai is delicious and truly authentic Thai food at a great price......so good we have travelled to Wii's Thai from the city!!! Delicious. I picked up a Fried Rice , Pad Si Ewe, and a Chicken Cashew at Wii's Thai take away, all three dishes where delicious especially the Pad Si Ewe.
I would advise people to find order as the shop is often full of customers.
Thumbs up good food.

Delightful and authentic. This is about my 6th visit to Wii's Thai Takeaway and can tell you that all the food I have ordered has been the best flavored Thai takeaway I have eaten in Perth so far. Last night I ordered a beef Masaman curry with some spring rolls, both were bursting with flavor. I don't understand the comments of some reviewers, Thai curries are actually classified as a curry soup in Thailand and are not meant to be thick, though this would be evident to those people who have bothered to do their research and actually left the country they live and explored the rest of the world. I find the authentic flavors of Wii's Takeaway refreshing and would recommend the food to anyone. All my friends who live in Baldivis have also given good comments on the food. I will be going back.

DISGUSTING!. Even my three year old son told me that his fried rice needs 'something'. Fried rice had no taste at all, even with a mountain of salt. Red curry was like water with very little of anything in it and egg noodle was as so gross it was like a dried up packet of 2 min noodles without the flavour packet! And was hard to even get out of the container it was all just tearing apart. Yuck yuck yuck. Overpriced! Didn't even eat the spring rolls.
Kara_fick
Overpriced for quality. Green chicken curry was a bit runny, good flavour but so hot for a green curry that I could not eat it. Chicken satay sticks were really nice. Rice egg noodle was so bland, tasted like 2minute noodles with some veggies and meat. Noodles were clumped together. Overall for what you pay you get a better quality meal at hans noodle box for half the price.

Unhygienic/poor food. We also Placed an order went to pick it up and they had gave it to someone else so I thought they were just making me wait while they made my order again ? No 25 minutes later a couple returned with our order which she then tried to give to me which had been opened and would have been frozen by then. So I told her I was not having a second hand, returned, cold order that someone had went thro, thats just not what you pay for! she new straight away that it was dodgy and then decided to cook up our order so another 10 minutes later we finally got our order with an extra green curry to apologise, Which was like water with a few bits of chicken and carrot floating in it as was the red curry we had. The phad Thai noodles were still hard and not cooked properly in one square lump which I couldn't even pull apart with the chicken in it tasting like it was marrinated in fish oil obviously because they rushed it , very disappointed will not return!!!!!!

We were disgusted we arrived to pick up our order to which we got told they had given to someone else and that they were bringing it back, so we were given second hand food, then when I asked for an eftpos receipt he told me it was too late that he had put it through, I would have thought that they should have re cooked a fresh order of good defiantly won't be returning
Fond Of Food
Probably one of the best Thai meals I have ever had! The food is so fresh and tasty!! I didn't want to leave the staff are all very lovely and welcoming. I'm defiantly going back again. I have been to other Thai restaurants in the south area but wiis Thai cafe and takeaway takes the cake for the best!
Fruit Bat
Some of the Best Thai Takeaway I Have Had!!. The food was fresh, made to order. You could tell the chef had made the satay sauce for our skewers from scratch.
The Masaman, The Green Curry and the Panang Curry were all amazing. We will definitely be going back!!!
I dont know what the other reviewer is on about. The place was busy, so there are obviously alot of returning customers!!
Nogloc
The food was below average. We were disappointed as they are new to the area.

We had the Tom Yum mixed seafood soup which came with a layer of white curd (most likely from a canned coconut milk) floating around it. It was obviously made in a hurry with not enough time for the coconut milk to blend in. The soup base lacked the 'zing' of spices( lemon grass etc...). It felt like it came from a can which was diluted even further.
Our second dish was the Red Chicken Curry which came out really pale.

The worst dish was our 'Special Fried Rice' which for $10 was a significantly over priced. It was supposed to have pineapple in it but we were shocked to see a few slivers of it. There were 3 sorry looking prawns to top up on our disappointment. Will we come again? Most Likely not as I'd rather go down to Mandurah to Thai on the Terrace for a more authentic experience with a reasonable price.
