Review Jamaica Blue - Rockingham

Coffee is very average. Tastes like milk with a very slight coffee taste. I used to buy coffees from JB years ago and it was definitely heaps better.

Great coffee, friendly staff and they have the best carrot cake in town. This is our favourite coffee place. Wish this place was located outside the mall so that our doggo could visit too.

Taste good double chocolate cake, nice coffee ,staffs also friendly and patient. tidy and clean shop. regular have coffee at here, I think does it change the barista? different than before coffee, sorry for I can finished a cup of small low quality coffee ,so sad wrote on 16 Nov

Absolutely love their coffee! The staff is nice and friendly. I also appreciate that they open at 10 on Sundays when the coffee is much needed and you can't wait until 11, thank you guys!

Really good consistent coffee , great friendly staff who are there all the time Cakes and sandwiches made with TLC Owner could smile once in a while and not be so tight with the complementary cookie to go with a cuppa ;-)

I went to get a much needed coffee with a voucher from Youi Insurance. The young shop assistant asked me to scan the voucher on my phone on the scanner. It wouldn’t work. I asked if she could enter the barcode numbers manually. She apologised and said no. She was trying very hard to help. She asked if I could try to scan it again and the second time it sounded like it scanned to myself and to the shop assistant, but it wouldn’t come up on the till display. It said on my phone it had scanned. The young girl called her boss over and explained in detail exactly what happened. Saying that my voucher had scanned but didn’t display. The boss asked me to scan it again. I did as I was asked and it said it had already been used. I said no it scanned but didn’t display I have never used it before and the shop assistant agreed. The boss wouldn’t listen and I could see that she was very unreasonable so I said don’t worry about it and I won’t be back. NEVER will I EVER return to Jamaica Blue no matter how desperate I am for a coffee. The boss at the time had no skills in management and is doing the business a disservice.

Friendly and quick service which is great given how busy they are. Nice inviting display of food and cakes. However coffee was average, served too hot, and banana bread wasn't the same standard as it has been past visits - didn't actually taste like banana bread. The muffin had a strong butter taste.
