After getting home fish was nice, got a free drink for long delay at the store. Staff are nice and friendly and do try to help but somethings are beyond their control. Chips were ok but no salt. Seems management is lacking, orders should be made in order so customers are served fairly.

After seeing all the reviews we still decided to give it a go. Mistake! The fish was lovely, the chips needed more cooking and the potato scallops need to be thinner so they cook all the way through, and NO pineapple fritter as ordered. On a positive note the guy taking orders was polite and the order came out on time.

Happy friendly staff. Good service .the shark I had was tasty as were the chips . Cooked in fresh oil so not oily at all . Makes a nice change from other chip shops I've eaten at . Park just across rd . I recomend eating here .

This is the second time we've been in the last month or so and the chips weren't as well cooked this time. Fish is tasty though and the young guy on the register is friendly and efficient. (We had the $12 snapper and chips)

Waited for an hour to get 2 pieces of fish, 6 garlic prawns and a min service of chips. I had to go up to the counter to ask where my order was cause they were calling numbers after mine and people that came after me their order came out first. It was the worse fish and chips I have ever had. Prawns were even under cooked. The seagulls got a good treat.

Great vale and nice staff. Snapper was awesome. Chips had plenty of chicken salt on them. Highly recommend. We ate in which was nice; but be best to get takeaway on a nice day and eat down the beach.

I have been using this place for a while now. I always order the same thing (crumbed emperor) . I’m always surprised at the lack of service and poor cleanliness in the place. Tables and floor are always filthy and the staff are so arrogant. Especially the manager. My order recently took 40 minutes and when I asked about it… I was asked where I have been? . I mentioned that I’ve been sitting there the whole time (check the cameras) to which I was handed my cold fish and told that the young fella didn’t notice me. I’ve tried to give this place a chance but it is just consistently poor quality and going downhill every time I order now. I will no longer be spending my money in this establishment. Really disappointing that there is not a good fish and chip shop on the foreshore.

Amazing food. Like owner has explained recently WA boarders have impacted businesses by not allowing produce from over seas in but this business is still going great in quality. To the lady that left a review stating she wanted to change her order as she is allergic to shell fish …. It’s a fish and chip shop ? How are u alive still as everything is fried and/or grilled in the same fryers, u tried but failed with that trick, lucky u aren’t actually allergic then 😉. Food portion is massive comparing to MOST other seafood shops, THERES NO SUCH THING AS FLAKE IN WA AS AN FYI TO THOSE THAT DONT KNOW- but I think u meant HAKE and decided to do a quick google search for an alibi to argue with the owner 😂.

This place takes me back to my childhood - I spent many evenings waiting for fish'n'chips here! Once upon a time they were famous for their fresh chips (more than one of my high school friends had the job of putting potatoes through the slicer for hours on end). I wish they'd return to that! More recently the fish'n'chips have been fine, not outstanding - there's some good specials. The potato scallops could do with being half the thickness though!

Received some very rude service. The lady serving us didn't so much as smile at us. The chips were soggy and flavourless (even for chips). Don't bother with visiting here.
