Review The Goodness Factory - Rockingham

Had a 9am breakfast here midweek a few weeks ago and it was delicious! Shared it with my toddler and we were both full and struggled to finish (absolutely no complaints there). A great start to our morning before a big day ahead of us. I also had a dirty chai latte and it was up there with some of the best i've had as i find this style of coffee can be a little hit and miss. The gent who served me was really nice and friendly, although the greeting i received from the lady working there that morning, seemed a little off. Almost a bit patronising if i'm honest.. especially as she had just stood there watching me struggle to open the door and push the pram in (took me about 5 attempts..) when she could have easily helped me.. i was tempted to walk back out through embarrassment because of how i was made to feel, but really wanted a nice, organic breakfast because i'd just moved down to the area from Fremantle and have found it difficult to find organic produce in restaurants and cafes around these parts.. so that's why my review is only 3 stars instead of 5, because of the reception i received from the lady when first coming in and also the hours they are open are very sporadic, so further attempts ro return have been unsuccesful.

Amazing food! Healthy, delicious and satisfyingly filling. Prices are very cheap given that it's extremely rare to find such healthy and filling food for under $20 a plate in WA. Definitely going to make it a regular!

Amazing!!! I went back two days after my first visit. I love being able to make my own bowl as I have so many dietary restrictions. The food is delicious, and the coconut coffee is to dieeeee for!! Love that none of their coffees have sugar in them. 100% for this place. Price is great for what you get, I shared one plate with my mom and it was plenty!

Utterly delicious! I think the 'healthy' part can give the wrong impression. The food was fresh, hot, and filling. Good portion sizes (the smoothies could have been a meal by themselves) and the staff were really helpful. I just cannot recommend this place highly enough. Give yourself (and your waist) a treat by trying it out!

The food at the restaraunt was great and came at a reasonable price. It did not take long to prepare. You can create interesting combinations of food, whilst ensuring that the food that goes into your stomach is of good quality. I would reccommend people who have not been here yet, to definitely give it a try. The plate portion is large, so I reccommend buying the bowl size.

The lunch menu here is awesome. Really enjoyed the service and how you can pick and choose what you want in your meal. The breakfast menu, however is not as good. Pancakes were doughy and tasteless. And my partner's waffle wasnt crispy and the chicken was a weird tasting pair.

The menu, food and beverages here are beyond incredible. The ingredients are all so fresh, hearty and filled full of flavour and the variety of scrumptious juices, coffees, teas and smoothies is amazing! Definitely highly recommend this place!

Really tasty smoothie although slightly overpriced for a medium size it was 10 dollars. <br/><br/>Worried me that the manager was able to wear food service gloves while assisting the chef, but that the chef was not wearing them (not a good look touching spinach, waffles etc) <br/><br/>Had smashed avocado on sourdough which was alright. <br/>

Walking to his usual burger joint, Sherman spied this new eatery and decided to give it a try. Best decision he's made since deciding not to audition for a role in Jaws!! The food is very (very) nice, the build your own option suits all tastes. Great range of proteins and hot and cold additions to create your own wrap, bowl or plate. They will even serve it "to go"if you have somewhere else you need to be. Coffee is hot and just the way it should be. A great addition to the Rockingham restaurant scene and Sherman's newest best place ever!
