We had the worst fish and chips ever tonight! OK I know its Good Friday....but...so over the top with batter, potato cakes not even peeled and totally un cooked!. Chips did not even taste fresh! Orders not accurate, most of the food end up in the bin! We just did not get what we ordered. Long wait for food due to busy shop, but that is no excuse for substandard food. NEVER AGAIN Tried to ring, to express our problems, No answer!!

They have tasty food but we requested for the fish to be placed separately. We got home and it was put on top of all the food so we had someone miss out.

Absolutely disgusting food. Over cooked and extremely oily. Staff were very rude as well. Don't waste your time or money.

We bought for lots of fish and chips for dinner, we got shark, it was completely inedible as it was so overcooked I couldn’t even rip it apart with my fingernails. I can’t even feed it to the dog as she’ll choke. The grilled fish was the same. We called the store and they told us that shark was just tough. If shark was just tough then why was 10% of it edible? Really disappointed with the service provided, customer service was not great either. If I was able to post the video I took of me ripping the fish off apart with my hands I’m sure none of you will go here either.

Rude staff. Small portions and very oily. The oil seeped through all the layers of paper and you can taste it's old reused oil.
