I thought I would leave my review here as I see a lot of 1 star reviews and feel it doesn’t do real justice to the experience I had. Service was good and food portion size was great. Waiter was attentive as he asked multiple times if everything was ok and how the food was. There’s a great selection of food available and drinks as well. We’ve ordered the beef ribs and steak, and a glass of wine and beer. Steak was cooked to perfection and juicy and Smokey , full of flavour. Ribs weren’t too bad either but could have been more tender and easier to pull apart. The side of corn was dipped in bbq sauce which gave it some extra flavour. We have also had side of onion rings that were unfortunately cold and there were only 4 onion rings? Also napkin was dirty but got a new set from the waiter. Place was pretty empty as well but there is just so much seating availability. 4 out of 5 stars for me as there is some room for improvement on the items above. I would definitely go for the steak and chips next time without any sides. I think price wise it is on the steeper end but portions were large enough and tasted good. We even brought some food home in containers. Thank you and will see you next time!

Took 45 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t worth the wait. Mixed platter was good but the calamari was terrible (processed) and the chicken wings were cold. Won’t be coming back!!

Firstly Customer service was absolutely terrible no one was friendly, smiled or acted welcoming and we had to keep on correcting orders. Secondly I got the 20 dollar special of a steak and chips and the only good thing was the chips- steak was burnt on the outside and tiny portion. My Mrs got the calamari which was rubbery and was not crispy at all…very soggy… not to mention the pricing is very over the top for what you get for example 8bucks for three small garlic prawns ??! Seriously .. very disappointed

There is no excuse for having a bad attitude in Customer service especially while serving customers. Some unhappy mothers for Mother’s Day because the service was rude. We understood you were under pressure and busy but if your having a bad day go for a break because your ruining your customers day because you have a bad attitude! Food was good for most of us, but some steaks were burnt and some were pretty much straight out the packet lol thank you to the lovely kiwi girl & two boys who made our stay nice, your service was amazing & should be praised:)

What a fall from grace! Used to offer fantastic ribs and wings for delivery but last few orders weren't great. Tonight's order however was a new low. The portions used to be filled to the brim (maybe over the advertised 1 kg) but the order tonight was 60% by weight when you take out the container and so dry they may have been re-heated twice. The ribs were still good (hard to dry out pork ribs) but 3 pieces instead of 4/5 previously. Mushrooms were stone cold also and chips around 1/2 full. As much as our family loves ribs & wings cannot possibly return or recommend. Hate to give a business a poor rating but at $90 and standard is now so poor. I felt sorry for the bin that had to cop half of it.

Went here last night for dinner ,ordered steak with calamari and garlic and chilli sauce...??? Well the sauce selection was actually frozen butter in a tub ,the ..Manager argued it does say it is a butter , the calamari was disgusting 4 large square flat pieces of a crumbed processed stuff with tiny portions of squid inside ,looks like was from a frozen packet .worst experience at this restaurant, staff were rude ,management wanted to argue ...I gave 1 stars the steak was alright

Went there Friday evening, it was not busy. Within 1 min of sitting down we where asked if we where ready to order, we didn't even have our drinks yet,let alone have time to look at the menu. Once we ordered our meals it was just on 1 hr before we recieved our food. We had to flag someone down just to get another drink. The service was definatly not the best. When we last went there staff had there own serve areas. Don't know if we will be back due to the service, the food was good.

Excellent meal today and even better service from the wait staff. Manager checked several times to ensure I was happy with the meal. Very polite and friendly. We'll be back for sure.
