Absolutely appalled by the way the manager treated the staff. Yelling at staff in front of customers should never common practice and is no way to manage a store. The fact that people have been saying this in reviews on here for ages and there is yet to have any action taken that has done the business good shows that you don't care about the staff of this restaurant at all. I suggest you take some steps to either get that girl removed or trained better on how to manage staff.

The food was ok, but puny serves. Small = 80g of meat Medium = 100g Large = 120g By the time staff have cut and weighed the meat, the vegetables - which have already been served up - are on the cool side. Initially I only asked for 3 of the included veggies. However, once I saw the size of the meal on the plate, I wanted a bit more for my $$. Knowing that I would not get any extra meat, I asked for a serve of the other 2 veggies that I initially declined. I was quite surprised 😮 by the look on the woman's face at my request - I wasn't asking for anything extra to the meal, I wasn't asking for any freebies, but the look on her face - the wide eyes and the puffed out cheeks - said 'man, you're going to get me in trouble

Had chips and gravy, chips were soft, gravy was very runny so just went to bottom of container, The container was only 3/4 full. Won't be back😕

by far the worst one i’ve been to. every other bucking bull lets me order a meal a certain way but at this one it’s either their way or the highway. the lady i talked to today was trying to charge me extra for something i get free of charge at every other bucking bull. she also seemed like she had no idea what she was talking about and to top it off she wasn’t even wearing a mask?! i won’t be ordering from there.

Had Roast Lamb dinner, meat was tough & inedible, cauliflower au gratin was mash!! Complained to the company, was given a voucher but scared to eat there again!! Not recommended

One one trained staff with a new staff, was very slow, meat was dry, crackling cup was horrible and apple sauce and gravy was very watered down

The order took a very long time as the order was made incorrectly. Staff also were heard arguing loudly with each other.

The worst lamb ever. The food was stale and tasteless expensive dissapointment at least the pumpkin and chips were good.

Overpriced oily flour filled food, watery gravy, dry meat and burnt vegetables. The owner is an ignorant power freak, who when questioned about the food was just plain rude and not helpful. Don't even know why I have to give it a 1 star rating deserves nothing.

This place is worse than AIDS and the owners are disgusting people.

My Experience. Well paying $8.95 for the chicken burger and getting only two chicken strips in the burger and not even real chicken was not worth it. not impressed
