Review Hungry Jack's Burgers Rockingham - Rockingham

This Hungry Jacks had very kind workers, a large seating area, and great food! The nuggets seemed a bit different from the last time I had Hungry Jacks, but that's probably not Rockingham's fault. Definitely one of the best Hungry Jacks' I've been to.

Placed our order in store at the front counter. 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Shouldn’t take long we thought? Well, 45 minutes later we still didn’t have our food? People were complaining- staff were very rude and didn’t give a stuff ! Heard one staff member say they were to busy to follow up on a customers order? Watched one customer with an order of burgers and ice creams wait for their orderwhilst their ice creams melted. They complained and eventually got their burgers, demanding fresh ice creams due to the orginal ice creams were melted. Sulky staff eventually complied - funny though because we ordered before them and they eventually left before us! So approached team member about the lengthy delay, she was pretty angry and snapped we are busy and rolled her eyes.. I replied i can see you are busy but i placed my order 45 minutes ago - i have a baby in the car with Dad and 45 minutes wait on 2 burgers and drink’s is not ok! She replied with “I don't care” ? Great customer service guys! NOT!!!!! So as it happens, drive through and uber eats etc get the priority so don’t bother going into the shop they are much to busy to cook for you today! Worst experience ever! Worst customer service ever - yes i can imagine they are all stressed, but no excuse for bad customer service 😫 Won’t ever go there again!

by far the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. i ordered through drive through and got home only to discover my order was wrong, drove back to get the burger remade and was berated for not reordering at the speaker and instead driving to the first window. a redhaired lady handed me my food and tried to tell me off for being rude and apparently rolling my eyes and then slammed the window shut in my face.

Food was good - service sucked as they prioritise uber eats over customers actually in store,we had to attract one girls attention to get served and she gave us a dirty look. Not our fault we wanted to order food get your act together HJ's in mean time won't be going back! nor will others who had the nerve to actually expect to be served😡

Paid $19.80 for the worst breakfast Hobby had a Jack's brekky roll and a hash brown, I had a bacon and egg muffin meal Absolutely bloody disgusting Muffin was the size of a coffee cup lid and tasted like it was reheated in the microwave Will NEVER go back... worst food 🤢🤢

Customer service extremely slow for initial ordering but food came out quickly. Good size kids playground and seating area.

Order from here regularly, usually very consistent with the quality , nice fast service . Clearly delivered speech and great presentation, when I've eaten in store its always been clean and tidy

Very disappointed. Ordered 2 whopper meals. 1 whopper was with cheese and my wife's was with no pickles. I didn't get cheese and my wife's burger had pickles. My wife tried to use the toilet but didn't as it was a disgusting mess. Very disappointed as there was plenty of staff on but they were more interested in standing around talking about what they did on the weekend. Couldn't even get a receipt to know what number our order was. Very poorly managed.

No customer service! No welcome, no thank you.. what is wrong with these places these days! What happened to good old friendly customer service..? Well it's definitely not at this place..🤦‍♂️

2 whopper meals and a junior meal purchased from Rockingham's HJs today, as a family treat is currently heading for the rubbish bin where i think it possibly come from to begin with.. burger meat cold and tasted like cardboard, buns semi stale, more mayo than lettuce , chips where cold,hard and disgusting.. will NOT be recommending this store to any one..

Ate here today with the Mrs and 3 x kids. Premises was very dirty, 4 x customers im the store but could not find a table which didnt require cleaning. It was worse outside near the playground. We decided to go back inside and circled the store for a few extra minutes before deciding to sit at the "least dirtiest" table. Poor standards from such a large chain restaurant.

I'm strictly talking about the port kennedy place. I am appalled by the quality of food here. I got severe food poisoning from here and called up the next day for a refund and they hung up on me. I hope noone has this. My onion rings were stale and cold. My fiances chips were the same. Made terribly (the burgers) and we're barely warm considering they make it all fresh. Both will never go back.

Complaint. Just went to hungry jacks in rockingham and purches 2 whopers and onion rings .not happy whopers were really cold and onion rings were to dry it looks it was over cooked. anyway it not as good as it used to be ,,, it got worst .

Worst HJ's I've ever been to. My chips were stale and my boyfriends grilled chicken burger was burnt and the bun stale. <br/>On the plus side, my veggie whopper w/cheese was probably the second best I've had from HJ's.

Food was freezing!!!!. Will never EVER go to hungry jacks again .... Ordered our meal at drive tru ..... Both meals were stone cold .... We picked at the frozen chips the rest went in the bin!!!!

Worst service and food of all time. Customers complaining, food cold, drink half full or empty, you decide and disputes with management. Made McDonalds look like a Michelin Star restaurant.
