Waited 20 minutes this morning to be served ..man in front of me asked much longer before we can order coffee young girl said sarcastically give me a sec waited and the man said again we have waited another ten minutes so she finally came over no apology from her both ordered and then we had to wait

open 24 hours?? at 11pm told 'we have no fries" manager took the order and still couldn't get it right. the footprint of my clean boots are clearly visible on your disgusting floor. got handed two freshly made stone cold big Mac's, never again will I return

10 put of 10 for our recent visit at McDonald's Roma. Service was amazing and the wrap and Nuggets we purchased were fresh and more than ample.

Just tried to get a quick bite to eat. Don't normally go out after 10pm. Tried here the shop was practically dark very few lights on. Was just going to go through the drive thru but it was blocked 🚫 off by cones. Um not sure but couldn't even see a soul in side.

Worst McDonald's. Always Extremely slow for service. No cheese in breaky muffin, often get the milk wrong.

Got the order right but person taking payment needs a personality, all I got was eftpos stuffed in my face not a hello or thankyou, just a look on their face hating life.

Service ok. Fries were cold, stale and soggy. Not appetising at all. Tried to ring to advise the store direct but could not get an answer.
