Review Oporto - Plumpton - Rooty Hill

I would give 0 star if i could, Their service is hideous, was told that they dont accept the walk in order in store and refused to use member's reward system. They let me make an order as one-off, but still very disappointed with service provided. Dont come here if you dont drive as there is a chance they wont serve you.

Hi guys I order family deal around 9.10 pm Friday afternoon. Your burger was dry even half of the burger is hard to finish. I order chilli sauce on the side and paid for it . I didn’t get it. No tissues in the bag. Very poor service. I am regular here and don’t feel like coming back.

Excellent customer service. They even gave me a large chips instead of pita @ whole chicken meal as requested. Will go there for sure

Like this Oporto in Sydney western suburbs. Friendly staffs and always found plenty of available parking spots for friends and family as we had our lunch there several times. Food was freshly and perfectly cooked and delicious. Waiting time was always reasonable. However didn't like their coffee and hot chocolate.

Parking: plenty of parking outside the shop Ambience: nice ambience, family and single seatings available Cleanliness: was clean when i visited Customer Toilet: available Oporto is one of my favourite burger spot. There chicken is juicy and tender. Worth trying.

Family of four, dined in on a Friday night. Good quality food. Prompt and friendly service. We will be back.

Dose this look like shared rice too you ? Honestly every time I go there they get my order wrong And the rice it’s burned or under cooked The food it’s bad I would never go there seriously Really bad food Wast of money

Friendly staff. Great customer service. Everything served nice and hot. Ravi went above and beyond to accommodate for our large family. Highly recommend this Oporto's :)
