Review Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar - Rosanna

VERY GOOD QUALITY PIZZA ORDERED VIA UBER EATS It was too cold to venture out to the restaurant so we "ubered in". We ordered two meat pizzas (meat deluxe and Mediterranean lamb) and a garden salad. Pizzas were hot and crusty and very tasty. Salad was fresh with a light dressing.

I love it. Awesome pizzas 🤤 specially paneer pizzas and service is great.

Pizzas are so good especially peri peri chicken, the way they presentation of pizza is so good.

We've recently ordered pizzas from Crust Rosanna to be delivered. The staff member on the end of the phone is always friendly and helpful. No matter what pizza we order it is always delicious. Have never had bad service or pizza from this store. Would recommend

One of the best local pizza shop around with quick delivery services too compared to Uber. Strongly recommending everyone to try Vietnamese Chilli chicken if you're abit of spice lover. #supportlocal 👍

Get them fake looking pizzas off your site. Half cooked! And cold! You deliver cold when you're only 5 to 10 minutes away. Its a one stop shop Trust me you wouldn't go back

Disappointed with the quality of the food tonight where I picked up my order. Rang through my small pizza order and was told 20 minutes. I was on time but pizza took another 10. Okay - a first world problem right? I can live with that. But the pizza wasn’t very food at all. The base was a bit doughy and the toppings were minimal with to much tomato paste. <br/>Ate two pieces and ended up not eating the rest. <br/>Disappointed. <br/>Notes: wheelchair friendly. I ordered a lastnight; it was delicious! good pizza! They were quick, delivered it fast and easily, and everything was hot and fresh :) gud going in under new ownership.

S..t service and management. When I asked the Curst franchise owner at Rosanna about wrong topping on my Vegan pizza she did not own it. I called her I need pizza without mushroom topping as I am allergic to them and I already specified while ordering. I was also told If you don't like mushrooms just pick them out and eat the rest of it, I can't replace it" .. Cheers and good luck to your business. We have plenty of other options available :)

Awful service! Pizza still not arrived after 2 hours and the staff hang up on us when we try and call, no response and no idea where are pizza is! never eating at Crust again!

The worst Crust ever!! We have used them on multiple occasions out of desperation and have had multiple LATE deliveries. Tonight the pizza was ice cold after going on an hour journey. And the garlic bread wasn’t delivered. When we asked the driver he gave us attitude and said we never ordered it. When we had clearly paid for it. Only to have him go back to the shop to get it. Half an hour after the hour late pizza... it’s still missing. I guess it’s better than the occasion where Crust Rosanna delivered us TWO pieces of an entire garlic bread after charging us for the whole one. Honestly disgusting customer service. Don’t do it! The absolute worst. I would give zero stars if I could.

I liked Crust pizzas and service. Until these guys showed up in Rosanna. Horrible. Bad service. Lesser toppings. I’ve tried other outlets but these guys in Rosanna actually skimp on toppings.

DON'T BOTHER - Always takes at least 1.5hours for delivery, despite being told 45mins. This has occurred three times, one time with missing salad that arrived 15mins after we'd finished eating the pizzas. Twice we were offered a 'complementary pizza' on this next order, however mysteriously this was not noted on our account either time. Silly me for ordering through them three times. Not again.

Great food but as per other reviews appalling wait times for delivery with no updates or even follow up apology. Our latest order we were informed 20 minutes delivery time and we are still waiting after an hour...

Ordered two large pizzas. Delivery took twice as long as estimated, pizzas arrived in bent, squished boxes with half the toppings stuck to the top and were cold. Extremely disappointing for what is supposed to be gourmet pizza. Will ever order from this store again.

Not only did the manager handle cash then make several pizzas with no gloves but she did so while eating some of the ingredients by hand. When I complained she said my pizza was being made out the back and the pizzas being made in front of us were for her children. Of course as soon as I said this the gloves went on and the pizza was put aside as she started to make another identical pizza for me . This was by far the worst crust pizza I've ever had, so bad in fact I'm guessing she deliberately did it. I'll be reporting her to Crust corporate and the Department of Health on Monday morning.

Nooo good! Toppings looked like they were out of date and not great pizza base. Not much more to write just using up the allocation of characters!

Ordered two pizzas from this restaurant. Was supposed to be delivered at 7:50pm after placing an order at 7pm. The pizza took 2 hours to arrive! Just not good enough.

We order pizza from crust Rosanna. Best pizza ever I eat . Quality of pizza , pizza garish and ingredients in pizza very fresh. Order over phone and staff is very friendly and very good customer service. Pizza delivery very fast .crust Rosanna is best place for gourmet pizza.

I have order pizza from crust rosanna. The phone order took perfect and repeat as well and delivered before right time and most import thing is,all ingredients are so so fresh and dredging was amazing. It was 5star experience. My kids and my parents came form country they were amaze and we had a great pizza.<br/>

Hmm...the staff were perfectly pleasant and deliveries easily on time (although I probably ly ordered during off-peak hours)...but the food is awful. It won't be as described on the Crust menu. The problem, I think, is that they are cutting corners with ingredients - substituting, reducing or removing all together, as well as adding a lot of low quality cheese to the pizzas to cover this up. And ya know...ya just can't do that and charge $20+ for a 'gourmet' pizza and expect your customers to be OK with it. At all.

Terrible. Easily the worst Crust pizzas I've had. Ingredients used aren't as fresh as they could be, and they're useless at sticking to any alterations to their menu items, which is difficult when your partner is lactose intolerant and you order a pizza with no cheese and it comes smothered in cheese.

Crust Rosanna is such a great local. Staff are super friendly, deliveries are always on time and quick. Try the Peri Peri Chicken pizza - its delicious! I would definitely recommend crust to anyone in the area looking for a decent takeaway pizza.

Absolutely awful pizzas! I felt like trying something new and in the pictures Crust makes their pizzas look so delicious. In real life the ingredients are terrible not gourmet at all. I expected the salami to be top notch but it was tasteless. Stingy serving on the meat. The cheese was all burnt and the bread overcooked. Never having Crust again. Cheers :(

Extremely disappointed. Two pizzas cost me 32.00 and one was a capriccosia and seriously, there were only 10 mushrooms, 9 olives and the rest was just ham. The other was hawiian and we got 8 cubes of pineapple only. WTF???<br/>I'm not going back. I love mushrooms and olives and so to pay almost 20 dollars for next to nothing on my Pizza is not on. Same for the other Pizza. <br/>Sure you are gourmet, but it seems that there's a lot of cost cutting going on. No value for the price at all. You're not THAT good! <br/>Never going back. <br/>Shame.

Listen to the other reviewers! Our family will NEVER order from Crust Rosanna again - it truly is the worst pizza joint in Melbourne. We spent 2.5 hours one night trying to get our order (two pizzas burnt beyond being edible, the replacement pizza 1 hour later was also burnt, and the owner actually YELLED at me when I called to complain). Choose Ivanhoe if you need a Crust fix - Rosanna should *not* be in business.

I usually like pizza from crust. It was my first time ordering it from rosanna though. Rocket was wilted. Very stingy on the meat and contained a lot of tomato. Wasn't impressed at all.

Worst. Pizza. Ever.. Phoned up for 4 large pizzas a coupla months back. took them well over an hour (they told me no longer than 40 minutes) and when pizzas finally came they were dry, cold and flavourless. avoid like the plague. .

Gourmet?!. This is the worst Crust pizza we have eaten. Pizzas were so dry and not worth the $21 each. In my opinion, Crust has been going downhill these past couple of years and I'll be avoiding their stores now. Boring, dry, overpriced garbage.
