Loved this place - meaty kebab central!! Ordered the mixed shish plate and could not have been happier. The salad, rice, bread, sauce and meat were all fantastic. The owners are super nice and the food matches! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Rosebud or travelling down!
When coming to Rye, most opt for fish and chips or pizzas to serve their hunger needs. Whilst all great options, we decided to head over to Hungry Bill Kebab House and we couldn't have been happier that we did.
The gentleman that served us was kind from the outset, explaining what he recommended in accordance to what we were looking for. His recommendation of the $19 meal saved us some money, and he ensured it would keep us full- and boy was he right! The chips and meat were huge in portion, with the chips soft and well salted. The chicken meat however was our favourite, oozing with flavour and tasting just as kebab establishments should- rich, tender and delicious with every bite. The meat wasn't dry either and there was so much of it.
Overall we were very happy to have come to this restaurant. From the warm service to huge portions and great value, this has to be your one stop shop in Rye for all your kebab and meat needs!

The owners were so lovely. They were patient and allowed me to take my time to decide what I wanted for lunch. When I did actually get my kebab, it was mind glowingly yummy. So good and I usually can’t finish the whole kebab but this one was so good 🤤I finished the whole thing. The kebab was packed and I felt I got good value for money with my order. Get the Turkish bread and the lamb kebab!
Delicious kebabs, hubby and I cant go past the lamb with garlic sauce & he gets extra chilli sauce. They give you the option of pita or turkish bread - you gotta go the turkish bread, it amazing! Kebabs are very filling but a side of chips is a must cos they are so damn tasty. Friendly service, this place never lets us down for good takeaway in Rosebud.
Small restaurant, no much seats me and my fb had to seat outside and it was freaking cold, but!! They made the best! THE BEST B-E-S-T fries in the whole world, I WILL drive an extra hour all the way from Melbourne just for the fries, no jokes. seriously if you’re around you HAVE TO try their fries. Their Kebab was pretty good too, but their fries? It was totally amazing!

Love love love fantastic kebabs quality meat glad we have a good kebab shop in rosebud. Greatly priced as well highly recommend been here around 5 times since opened and couldn't fault anything.
The boss was very nice to us despite us rocking up 30min before they closed. Excellent customer service and the food was delicious.
The staff member who I assume was the owner gave the perfect size recommendation on HSP for the 4 of us. The HSP was perfection, presentation immaculate. I will 100% be returning

Have to say the best kebabs for far far around a must stop if you're in the Rosebud Rye area. Great Kebabs great HSP great spinach and feta pastry i e gozleme and not bad price for the area. Must visit for everybody passing by
Lovely owner and we really enjoyed the food. The owner took the time and suggested few dishes off the menu to suit our needs. The bread was so fresh and we really did enjoy the meal.
