Holly Corpe
We had the buffet breakfast, but didn't stay at the hotel. The buffet is $28 per person. This puts it in the moderate range for buffets in the local area. The range of options offered was fairly extensive. They had congee and noodles, as well hot western options like eggs, sausages, mushroom and potato gems. They had cereal, fruit, yoghurt and pastries. It was a very wide selection but not of very high quality. The pastries seems very dry, like they were stale. The mushrooms seemed like they were canned (not fresh) and then cooked. The noodle dish seemed over cooked and gluggy. If you're staying at the hotel and the breakfast is included in your room, then that's reasonable. However, if you have to pay for it on top of your accommodation, don't bother. Walking into Parramatta and go to one of the cafes. There are some teal great cafes on Church Street.
