Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff didn’t even listen when I ordered and left out two items, claiming he hadn’t heard me. And the owner was so rude and left me waiting for 10 minutes before asking if I was waiting for something and then spoke to me with utter disrespect. Was
Tastes good but no meat. Got meals for the whole family. Chicken curry - no chicken. Supreme - no chicken. Rajah curry - tiny bit of beef. Curried scallops - 6 scallops in a large meal. Mostly just sauce and potato.

January 2021 takeaway meal had not improved from this month April. Thick overdone skin, less potato filling and 1/3 less baked topping which was obviously pre-prepared. Service was excellent and quick but Praties is over for us. Goodbye,
While the food is delicious, one would assume that when advertised that their opening hours start at 11.30 am, that you wouldn't on a regular basis get there to find a handwritten sign on door saying they're not open until noon.
