Review Nando's - Rouse Hill

Staff service is great. They are very kind and polite. Food was delicious. Restaurant is small but service and food makes it wonderful. Must visit this place

I Love Nando's, but this salad I got when I ordered the garden salad with my chicken at the Rouse Hill store is unacceptable. Nando's can do better.

Yummy and delicious 🤤 chicken 🍗 Half peri peri chicken and sweet potato 🍠 fries 🍟 Taste was excellent and store was very clean and well maintained Service was really good and quickly done Will definitely visit again One of the best branches of Nandos

Food is great can't deny that however this place is just messy. Used plates was sitting there for atleast 5mins or more. Mind you I was there when it wasn't busy. They're probably understaffed or what not.

My 3 stars goes only to the delicous food we ordered, making order was also easy at the register, but regarding being clean of the tables, our table was not clean and there were still used plates, glasses and napkins of previous customer on the table and nobody was cleaned them until our order came at the table and we asked for cleaning the table.

Nando’s is our family favourite brand. Nice food, location and service at this branch. The only minor thing is the chicken to be well done.

Delicious as always. The service can be better. Maybe some more staff are needed for the busy hours 👌🏻

ordered my usual order, classic burger with cheese and a large garlic bread. the food was good i thoroughly enjoyed it! however when i was waiting at the register, i noticed a girl who was making the burgers crying after another girl had just yelled at her and pushed her to the side. i hope the managers are not abusing their authority, and that the other staff are being treated well. the girl who was crying was very nice.

Ordered a full chicken online on 17/04 at 7 PM. The message displayed was - Pick up at 7.20 PM . Went there at 7.30 PM and asked the staff. I was told to wait for 15 mins. went again at 7.45 , i was told wait for 10 mins . went again at 8 PM, i was told to wait for 2. Finally when my name was called, it was 8.30 PM. I would have appreciated, if was told upfront if the wait time is 1 hr 15 mins .I would have gone back home and come back at 8.30 PM. Came home to find half of the chicken was burnt . On top of if , the right sauce ( hot ) was not applied. Highly disappointed with the quality of the service and quality of food.

I came here on my lunch break from work as I had got an email stating the WTF meals were back. Apparently this Nando’s is the only Nando’s that does not participate in the WTF meals. They man I spoke to told me that his manager won’t allow him to sell the WTF meals, when I asked to speak to the manager he stated he wasn’t in. I showed him the fine print after which he goes “alright I’ll do it just for you” like as if he was doing me a favour ? Worst Nando’s I have ever been to. I have been a couple of other times where the lady would be pushy trying to make me upsize and when I order something small I get a reaction and eye brow raise. This Nando’s clearly only cares about one thing- money. They don’t realise service is what brings in the money. Very disappointed.

Rouse hill is a place which I always admire. We went to Nando's many times and this morning I tried their creamy hummus with peri peri drizzle and pita and no doubt it was so delicious and and a perfect appetizer. Highly recommend this place though it was busy and we waited for 10 minutes to get our food as usual but overall good experience.

I love Nandos Peri Peri chicken. The location is great and parking is easy in the evenings. Food is always consistently good and the customer service is fast.

I come here quite often and of all the Nando's stores I find the food here is consistently good. Tonight I ordered something different - the Paella and a side of BBQ ribs. It was delicious!

When it comes to fast- food, I usually go for Nando's... I usually get the 1/4 chicken and peri peri chips meal. The chips at this particular Nando's is slightly dry / hard. The chicken is more or less the same as other Nando's chain store I've been to.   In general, I love Nando's when it comes to a quick fix for lunch. The peri peri chips are addictive. However, the chips at Nando's Rouse Hill is definitely less addictive.

Worst Nandos EVER bar none.. Went it to grab some chips for the family to use as a side dish, asked for two large chips, got charged for two seriously large chips.Told they couldnt refund me and they would make it up with extra chips. Not happy but whatever.Then told the wait would be 5-7 mins, saw that my order was ready and then they gave it to some lady (who was clearly a friend) who walked in 5 people after me. Then when i said something the just said sorry and then rushed me some chips. When I got home the chips were way under cooked. Just plain bad service and poor staffing. Full stop. get your S!@T together Nandos Rouse Hill.

Loyalty Card reminder. I have a loyalty card because I enjoy going into Nandos. <br/>But for three times already I walked in, they never remind you about scanning your loyalty card. And when you remember to bring it out, they said it is too late. <br/>All the other restaurant outlets, like boost, subway, they remind the customer to scan the loyalty card, or if it is too late, have some other arrangement on the spot. <br/>Not say, "ohh.. it is too late, there is nothing you can do about it"
