Fantastic experience. Staff were lovely, food was exquisite, not overly salted nor strong in flavour, just perfect. Every wine was beautiful. Music was spot on, thank you St Hugo.

Beautiful property and Tasmanian oak storage cellar for premium tastings. Tried the private collection and ended up buying the one the mystery wine (meant to guess the type of wine and year).
