We had dinner at Tosaria on Tuesday night which is steak night. My husband, son and I all had the scotch fillet steak which was really tender and cooked medium as ordered. For $21.90 per person it was amazing value for money as the steak came with salad and a generous serving of chips and also included a glass of wine or soft drink, or a pot of beer. Our waiter was a delight. He was extremely friendly and provided great service. My husband and I have decided we will be making Steak night a regular date night.
We first tried Tosaria's restaurant a few years ago from our son who stumbled across it as it is in an industrial estate, not a place you would expect to find a restaurant.
We have been back so many times for dinner, the food is delicious , serving sizes perfect, price is vary comparable if not better than other restaurants in the area. Staff are always cheerful and eager to help serve you.
I watched last night as they had nearly a full house and a private function on. No one was left waiting and the kitchen staff were buzzing around like bees to a honey pot.
I rate it 5 star, the menu is amazing with plenty of variety, with entrees, main and deserts.
Look for to the next time we go.

My workplace is in Rowville and we've dined as a group at all the other restaurants in Rowville many times over the years but have only just discovered Tosaria. We've been there twice now since December and I'm pretty sure this is the place we'll be having all our work dos from now on. Best calamari I've ever had, and the weeknight deals are great value. Huge burger, yummiest chips ever and a glass of wine for $17.95 on a Wednesday night. You can't beat that! 😊
Went there last night for my birthday dinner food and service was amazing. Shout out to Allie our waitress she was lovely, had a great personality and joked around with our table which we normally never get from anywhere. Would highly recommend trying this place we will be back �

Amazing! Had my wedding reception here, the staff are wonderful, the food in incredible and the venue is beautiful! We have a lot of people with different dietary requirements that we needed specific catering for and the team were wonderful to work with and made sure that everyone was well fed and happy. It was a beautiful evening!
We have returned many times for lunch and dinner and it’s always such a pleasant experience, definitely recommend!

I love it! Very good food and service. We had the beef rendang, turmeric rice, grilled chicken and some vegetable curry. Everything was perfect to our liking. Will definitely come back if I was around the area. The boss and staff were super friendly as well!
We're long time customers of the restaurant and in March 2019 my fiancé and I had our engagement party at Tosaria. It was absolutely perfect. The price for the package was very reasonable and could be spent in pretty much the combination you liked (ie between food and drinks). The bar staff were lovely and the service was perfect. Gary and staff helped us set up and the staff were even happy to let the party kick on a little outside after the restaurant had closed. The function room is already so sweet with the fairy lights strung up on the roof. We had so many compliments on decor and we really hadn't added that much to the room. We can't thank you enough, our night was amazing and our guests complimented us on the service and food. The surrounds of the venue were even perfect for some photographs beforehand. Couldn't speak anymore highly of the venue and the staff, thank you so much for making our night one to remember.
I have eaten here a few times and it has always been nice and good value. I went there recently and they served up a steak that was tough and grey. Not up to there usual standard. To their credit they fixed it and cooked us new steaks that were delicious. I really respect the fact that they listened to us and fixed the problem. For this reason I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Well what a pleasant surprise in an industrial estate!! We were greeted by a lovely young lady who showed us to our table. Comfy cushions on the chairs. We went there on a deal and could chose anything from the salads onwards and a dessert plus a beer, wine soft drink etc. Plenty to chose from including some great vegetarian dishes.
Normally with deals you are limited but not at this place. I had the linguine marinara which was great, not over cooked and no heavy sauce. The guys both had steak and said the pepper sauce and mushroom sauce was excellent while the steak was cooked as requested and no grisly bits- just perfect. My girlfriend had the flathead tails (4) and she said they were great.
Desserts - FANTASTIC to say the least. Creme brûlée, individual lemon meringue with pistachio dust and strawberries.
Think they were a bit understaffed as we didn’t get to order another drink with our meal but that didn’t really matter. I could have called them over.
Location different but food fantastic - worth a go!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Beautifully presented food and drinks . Made little touches such as strawberries resembling a rose. This one is certainly a hidden gem :)
We enjoyed a couple of nice dishes from this restaurant over the weekend. Tosaria is located within the business park so can be a little tricky to locate. Staff were well trained and friendly to all of our guests. Food was consistent, however nothing amazing. If you live locally, this place is worth checking out for a bite to eat.

We had breakfast here this morning and you get good value for money that's for sure. Quite a big place in the middle of an industrial area, but the place was quite busy on a Sunday.
Have been coming to this restaurant for the last three years, we even had our wedding reception here! Great food, lovely staffs, very cosy and relaxing atmosphere ---- One of my favourites in the southeastern suburbs!

Went today in lunch time , realize it's in the business park so took us a while to find the place . We had tea , strong latte, a French toast , and a big breakfast. Staffs are really really friendly, and I adore their decor and the garden like atmosphere. It's quite soothing to sit in anywhere in this cafe , and you can enjoy your meal with beautiful view quietly.
The great thing I love about my meal is the coconut ice cream on top of the French toast , the rice crisps and the matcha powder dusting on it , all came in a requisite flavor, healthy and yum . However the bread is somehow a little bit dry , and if they used fresh blueberries instead of the frozen one I would probably give a full mark .
My husband says his strong latte wasn't strong enough, and he had the big breakfast, the scramble egg, spinach are awesome, hush brown are great ,just the chorizo doesn't tasted very fresh . All in all, we still enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere a lot , and understand probably its quiet season/ time as its in the business park, so I shouldn't be to picky about the ingredients.
Food and the combination are really good , just the ingredients has a little bit room to improve I guess .
But! We will still come back again cause it's quite cozy & good restaurants.
hope I am not too picky about the details but we like this place very much , and the toilet is clean ,so does the floor and the whole restaurants. They do a lot of catering and I imagine it would be quite lovely to have a wedding here .lol
Located on the edge of a business park and luscious park lands, Tosaria has many personas. With its all day breakfast menu, it is set to become a Melbourne brunch favorite. The extensive lunch and dinner menus appeal to nearby workers during the week, and can draw in locals on the weekend.
Came for brunch at 10:40. The place was empty but the staff were still very attentive. Nice decorations and atmosphere. Friend had the zucchini fritters which she thought was okay and I had the tosaria big benedict. The eggs were a little raw and the bread was very hard but the bacon was absolutely delicious.
Will definitely come back again.
The new brunch menu is pretty good to be honest! Me and my friend tried the brioche french toast and tosaria's big breakfast. Both dishes are satisfying and well portioned. Definitely worth trying. 🖒🖒
Love the food here, especially the Baked Beans and Brioche French Toast for breakfast. The Chili Garlic Prawn is also really good for lunch or dinner. A must try for anyone in the area

We had our daughters 21st birthday party at Tosaria Restaurant on the Saturday 30 Jan. We had around 80 guest. The Service was great. Management and staff were very accommodating to all our request. Very pleasant staff, great atmosphere. Kid friendly. I have visited Tosaria a few times for dinner. The food was great.

This year our club Christmas lunch was held at Tosaria Restaurant. About 42 people from our club in total attended. Everyone's food came out at the same time, the waiters were attentive and the setting was relaxed. They served Fish and Chips or Parmigiana for mains and either Creme Brûlée or Apple Tart for dessert. I had the Fish and Chips and the Apple Tart. Both were lovely, cooked well and tasty. I look forward to next years Christmas lunch and hope the committee choose to go back to this venue.

Tosaria Restaurant. This is the best kept secret in Rowville, hiddenat the end of Laser Drive. Really lovely restaurant, great variety of food and atmosphere welcoming. Friday night they have live performers, functions there also. The owners are full of vision, dedication and treat guests like family. Love the food, love Toraria's - try it, you will not be disappointed
Delish. A group of us went for breakfast which was beautiful. One of us had scrambled eggs and the rest of us had the very good value "small Breakfast". I would certainly recommend this restaurant which also has an extensive lunch and dinner menu.
Great food and exceptional service!. Really is a favourite! Love pretty much everything I have tried. Pixie the waitress is so funny and gives the best service. Great guys keep up the good work.
Valentine's Dinner. Special set menu with multiple choice mains. Had the Eye Fillet steak. didn't ask how I wanted it cooked. didn't give me a steak knife. It was cooked to perfection. Knife sliced through the steak like a hot knife through butter and tasted superb. Same with the others who had the steak. No hesitation in recommending the place.
Excellent. The staff were so friendly and professional, the food was divine! I recommend ordering the Lamb Salad it was amazing!
I would also recommend the sticky date pudding for dessert.
The restaurant was so clean and neat, and the meals are so reasonable priced!
I will definitely go back again!

Went to tosaria with some friends last Friday for dinner. wow! Its the nicest place i have ever been in rowville. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in the door. i couldnt believe the amazing decor surrounded by huge glass windows where we sat in the terrace. it is so refreshing and clean! above all the meals were sooooo good! had the fillet mignon and it was cooked to perfection! the music was awesome! The best part of the night was the hostess Pixie. she made the night to remember! she was funny and just right down gorgeous! She and all the staff looked after us so well and made our night. never met anyone who is so attentive and fun. we finished it with a bang! Pixie you rock! definitely will be back.

Very pleasant, exceptional staff. While the restaurant’s locality is in an industrial estate the atmosphere and charm of the establishment was apparent as soon as we walked in. The menu has the usual selection but it also has sufficient diversity that gives you the opportunity to try something new. The Surf & Turf comprised of a very tender steak, layered over some lightly baked potatoes and garnished with what was obviously some lovely fresh prawns. For dessert I elected to try the Crème Brulee and I am very happy to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very attentive without being annoying and genuinely friendly which added to the whole experience. The prices for the meals were appropriate for the quality of the food and I look forward to going back on a on a number of occasions to try their various wares.

Great atmosphere and food!. Great atmosphere in this place, and very friendly staff. Glass windows and decorative pot plants add to its charm. Started with a Cappucino which was perfect and properly made. Then ordered a Chicken Parma which took about 10 minutes to arrive, and was huge!! So impressed with the portion sizes of main dishes, and it was a really good feed. Cheese was melted well and chicken cooked perfectly. Salad on the side had a nice dressing, and chips were as good as you'd expect them to be. But yeah, really great atmosphere and friendly staff, highly recommended!

Great Cafe!. I have only one word to describe this little café: AWESOME.
Everything was perfect: from the beautiful design of the café, the cozy vibe and ambience, the amazing food, to the warm and attentive staff.
Tosaria had so many choices of food, and if only I had the space in my belly, I swear I would try them all. In the end, I settled for Aquatic Benedict -because I love salmon and poached egg-, and my husband took the big breakfast -which was super duper big, no kidding! We were tremendously happy and satisfied with our choices of food, and I stole A LOT of his mushroom and baked beans, because they were just soooo good. My husband was actually rather puzzled how I could eat that much when I couldn't even finish 2 pieces of KFC alone. And the hash brown! It was THE BEST hash brown I had ever eaten. This, coming from someone who hates hash brown, should really mean something.
As for the drinks, I ordered long black coffee, and I have to tell you, it was the best coffee I have ever drunk. It was even better than Starbucks, hands down! If only they sold the raw coffee, I would probably have bought it.
Anyway, Tosaria had this little corner which was just covered by windows, overlooking to the garden, and it was so gorgeous! If only I could organize my wedding again, that would be the spot. It looked as if we were outside, while at the same time we would be covered from any possible hostile weather outside.
I will definitely come back here again, when I visit Melbourne next time.
What a surprise. We went to Tosaria Cafe for lunch yesterday for my mum's birthday, and we were all impressed with the food. Who would have thought a cafe at the back of an industrial estate would be doing food like this?! We sat in the "dining" section of the cafe, overlooking the creek/trees at the back of the cafe.
We had the lemon pepper calamari and scallops & chorizo for entree and my brother ordered another serve of each they were so tasty. They were also beautifully presented (wish I had taken a picture). I had the confit dug leg with witlof and pear for main, and it was delicious. Again, who would have though I could ordered a meal like that in a cafe in Rowville??
The service was very friendly and attentive and, as my mother lives nearby, I can see Tosaria Cafe becoming a regular lunchtime destination.

Very relaxed gathering of friends held at Tosaria on a cold Sunday. Staff couldnt have been more helpful or accomodating. Something for all tastes on the menu - good size portions, fresh and delicious. Plenty of drink options too.

Every single thing my family & I ate was an EXPLOSION of flavor in our mouths... right down to the selections on the kids menu & desserts. This is definitely a secret hidden treasure. I'm sooooo glad we found this place!
Not only that but the service alone, was exquisite. The people there were extremely-friendly with beautiful magnificent smiles to welcome you in. And the prices were very affordable.
"Tosaria" is literally THE BEST restaurant I've eaten at in all of Australia. It is so rare to find great quality food with excellent service & an elegant ambiance to boot. You won't be disappointed. I recommend to everyone. We will DEFINITELY be coming back! Wow!

Great food but service was left to be desired. Why do wait staff insist on not writing things down - lunch and drinks for 3 people and as expected with having to remember 7 items something got left off the order.
Enjoyed a lovely birthday lunch in a spacious private room. Banquet food was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Staff were very friendly. Cuisine is not Itakian as I believed but distinctly Asian and very tasty. Good sized servings and very reasonably priced.
