We stayed one night here and really enjoyed it. The rooms were modern and clean. The hotel was just across the road. Our meal were good and of good portion size. Big bar, big TV screen. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed my short time at Roxby Downs. Would like to visit there again

Would love love LOVE to see a vegetarian option as a main meal here! Food is good and well presented, but not having a vegetarian option other than a salad, or a pizza (which is one of the only other food options in town) would go a long way!!! The specials list never has a vegetarian option either.

Roxby Tavern is my go to place for when I don’t feel like cooking or for somewhere special for team dinners. Great pizza and burgers and the Parma never disappoints. Good atmosphere and family friendly.

It's OK for a quick meal but it's hit and miss on quality. Ie oysters can have a lot of shell if not schucked properly, meat can be very poor quality ie gristle and alot of fat and very over priced for the quality of food. Decent meal and atmosphere. They're a bit slow as meals took over an hour and they didn't seem too busy.

Pretty nice pub for a feed & beer. Nice staff, tidy joint. Up there in price, but what you would expect in a mining town

Considering the remotness of this place its pretty good and friendly. I would have given it 4 star but i have to take a star because i have never received hot chips with my meal. Its always cold and my steak is mostly well done. Overall okay.
