Matt and I had date night recently at 1892 Espresso and Wine bar in Rozelle. It's a cold Friday night and as I enter, I can see small groups of people swirling their wine during happy hour. Great service, the staff kept checking in on us. Food was awesome and great value for the money, especially loved the mussel and prawn pasta we ordered.

1892 Espresso & Wine Bar serves delicious meals with a bit of a twist. The servings are substantial and vibrant with wonderful flavours and textures. It’s a good menu to choose from with something for everyone and you will certainly not leave feeling hungry! The venue has a nice comfy casual atmosphere so sit, relax and enjoy!
Loved my breakfast at 1892!
My partner and I had the 1892 breakfast and the spiced eggs. The eggs were super creamy and the 1892 breakfast had hands down the best hash browns in Sydney!

Came for breakfast on a Sunday morning and had some good coffee and nice modern breakfast. I was surprised of some of the flavour combination and the food turned out nice (kimchi omelette). The big breakfast was a delight with generous portions and house made sausage. My Filipino breakfast was yummy too. Will be back again!!
Had an amazing experience at 1892! Fantastic coffee, my partner and i had the 1892 breakfast and the cauliflower eggs ...both of which are DEE-LICIOUS!!! Left with a happy tummy and a delightful selection of tarts to go. Definitely stopping in again soon!

It was 3:40pm. So probably lunch time is finished but they gave me good lunch meal.

Thick Patty was very juicy and fresh.
Very soft burger roll , roasted onion and cheese/pickle. Very simple but tasty.
Fried potato was very crispy and soft inside.
But too much oil from onions. Need remove oil after cook onions.
should remove the oil after cooking the onion or roast it without oil. it will be More better taste.

A cute and asrtistic venue with cocktails, wine & beer and coffee! Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I love the presentation of the dishes, my favourite was the granola & the pulled pork burger 👌 The smashed avo was of course a delicious start to feast.
Great place, friendly manager, good wine and nibbles. Dropped in for a couple and they made us feel very welcome.

This place is awesome. The design, the food, the drinks list and the service. I must admit I was quite surprised. I don’t think there is really anything in the Rozelle area of this caliber, yet the prices are great and it is an extremely welcoming atmosphere. I left feeling like I wanted to rave about it to everyone I know, like I’d discovered a secret. My sense is it still is a little bit of a secret as it’s relatively new, but I think once word gets out this will be the place to go in the area. It certainly deserves to be with a wonderfully on point small bar feel that you would expect to find in town, and the best Brussels sprouts I have ever taste!!!!! 🤩
