Cathy always takes care of us. It’s a great cozy place we like to go to for lunch. I highly recommend the salt & pepper deep fried squid, Peking duck wrap, spring rolls and deep fried salmon with chilli sauce.
I love Signature Thai. I take my family and friends there regularly and we are always so happy with our meals (price and quality)! They know my order before I even need to tell them and it’s always sooo good! And the lunch specials are unbeatable. I wasn’t in Sydney yesterday but felt like Thai and had to go somewhere else and was so disappointed. Honestly, nothing compares to Signature Thai!
we came to this restaurant today (Easter Sunday), they are very busy and making me want to try their foods. After try their food, we can say that why they are very busy. Absolutely stunning for the taste, the best in this town for some spicy and tasty. Staff very professional and friendly. Meals reasonably priced and good size even they do a public surcharge for 15%
but the price still very cheap and we respect that staff should have some extra money for working hard.
I'm not sure why this place doesn't really show up easily on Google maps, but highly recommend. Lovely food, not too oily which I find Thai food often becomes. I've always found the staff very pleasant, even when they're busy.
The Signature is our go-to Thai in Balmain, give it a go.
