It is safe to say this place is in the middle of nowhere, but would be a popular spot for locals on the weekend. Quite dim lighting once you walk in, you order at the counter and they bring the food out to you.

We tried the Lost Bread and Sweetcorn fritters along with a latte and green tea. The Lost Bread was nice, but would have been better with a bit more fruit. However prices are pretty good here so you won't be breaking the bank. The fritters looked amazing and such a great portion for the price. They were cooked well so still moist and juicy. The jam that came with was a little too much on the sweet side for me, but as a whole it didn't bring down the dish drastically. Both went down well with the coffee and tea. And the tea comes out in a cute little teapot/cup set!

As they are relatively new, it seems like they are eager to get any sort of feedback which is a great thing to see. There is a little book at the counter for customers to write down any compliments or criticisms so they can improve.

What a surprising find amongst strips of warehouses in South Street Rydalmere! This cafe serves amazing food. The food is truly delicious and honest. Very relaxing atmosphere and great team of friendly staff. And to top it off, coffee is good. Worth a visit~!

It is with huge thanks to Lisa from Weekend Food Escapes that lifer friend, Onika, and myself got to do a brunch trip to Rydalmere and tryout this cafe tucked into an industrial area that is attached to a coffee roasters, Cherry Beans. Lisa suggested me to head chef and owner Shane Lee (non-cricketer) because Cherry Beans does some damn good burgers among their cafe styled menu.
We both had such a fantastic time feasting at Cherry Beans Coffee Roasters, for a cafe venue in an industrial area it is well out of place but also a wonderful hidden gem of culinary awesome.

Awesome local hidden gem. I assume this place roasts for the cherry beans franchises?

High Quality cafes are hard to find in the suburbs. Cherry Beans Coffee Roasters in Rydalmere is an absolute hidden gem. This pulled pork burger was amazing!!. Cherry Beans Coffee Roasters is a trendy warehouse cafe located in the industrial/suburban area of Rydalmere. It was totally unexpected to see such a nice cafe in the burbs. You no longer have to travel too far into the inner West or the city to experience some cafe heaven. Coffee lovers will be pleased to know that the cafe has access to the freshest roasted coffee. You can see the coffee being roasted in the cafe.

This cafe has a great ambience about it. The rustic decor inside gives it a very unique touch. I like my coffee strong and they make it just the way I like it. They roast their own beans and really know their coffee. They even have a great selection of traditional cafe meals with a gourmet twist. I especially recommend the burger there. The staff and Chef are always welcoming and makes you feel at home.

The food is incredibly well prepared and tastes delicious to the mouth and eyes. The only problem is the time you have to wait when there are more than 6 people in.

Great little cafe tucked away on South Street, Rydalmere. The food portions are very generous, coffee and service is excellent. Rustic benches, stools and decor complete the laid back feel. If you're in the area, it's well worth dropping in. The only small issue is the lack of parking as it gets fairly busy outside on the street and the cafe only has room for a few cars.

Coffee here is really good. Cold drinks etc are fantastic, they loose stars due to the stale almond croissant I got, I assume those pastries had been there a very long time. Update March 31 2021... Ok the almond croissants are gone. Replaced by muffins and they are good, I have uped my review from 3 stars to 4. The ambiance is good but that music, must be avoiding paying APRA licence fees by playing royalty free music.

The coffee shop is really nice and spacious. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Shop is clean and you could not expect more in this industrial area. Most importantly the coffee is really well-made and the food are delicious. I ordered as below and was really surprised that for only $11-12 you get this much. The shop is fairly busy and only downside is you gotta sit next to some old boomers/bogans bragging abt their wealthiness and heard some rude and uneducated jokes. But imo I considered this was a kind of entertainment while I was waiting for my car to get service done.
