Review Caleidoscope Cafe - Rydalmere

I love the decor and the atmosphere of this cute little cafe. It's fun, quirky and kitch. They have excellent teapots in all styles and designs. They have an all-day breakfast menu, which I love. The food was great. The carrot cake is divine. The icing is glorious and the cake is so rich and moist. When I visited the owner looked to be training new staff and seemed a bit frazzled. She was very short with those poor trainees! I think this might be a good place to eat, but possibly not to work.

I can tell straight away that this place is popular with locals. On my second visit within three weeks apart, I have greeted the same family I met during my first breakfast there. Friendly and efficient customer service. Food is delivered fresh and trully delicious. I have always preferred yoghurt over ice cream on french toast and the chef here have nailed it to creamy goodness of breakfast bliss when paired with a nutty aroma from a cup of a black coffee. Up John Park is nearby (4-5 mins walk) and I can see some parents waiting with light meal while waiting for their school children to finish the sport.

Friendly staff. Chips were super crispy and not soggy (love it). Burger was nice (gluten free option available). Snitzel was a bit dry, a bit of sauce to go with it will make it better. Overall a good place to grab some food. Parking infront of shop and close by.

After seeing the online reviews and finding out they cater to vegans, I decided to meet with some family members here on Saturday and we were not let down. The service is wonderful. They're all so cheery and the cafe had a fun vibe with live acoustic music playing. Food was good. Coffee was delicious! The vegan options were pointed out to me when I asked and there were a few plus Linda said if I came up with something I wanted they'd make it for me. At the end when we left, Linda said she'll have to add some vegan options to the menu. I'd definitely visit again! P.s. They had toys for kids, outside/inside seating and gluten free options.

Used to be called Cup and Spoon, now under new management as Caleidoscope Cafe. I thought I should check the new owners out. Prices seem better , not cheap, not expensive. Staff were really friendly and meal was overall really good. I'll be sure to come back. (Great sweet potato chips!)

This is a quirky cafe near Parramatta on Victoria Rd. The menu is amazing with more variety than any menu I have seen anywhere. Even the range of coffees teas milkshakes and other cold drinks is extraordinary. The food is great and there is a collection of toys and games to keep the kids occupied . The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. Well worth a visit. PS there is a very cute collection of tea pots!
