The Grounds Keeper Cafe - Ryde - Photo album

Visited here on rainy Sunday, after being at the Ryde location a few times before. We came for a birthday breakfast, the food was sensational and the staff really lovely, lots of authentic and tasty options.
Went here and the Shakshouka and Wagyu burger were delicious. However, the Salmon Special was clearly expired because it tasted off. We come here frequently and love the service and location. The prices are also well worth it. Will definitely return, despite the undercooked meat.
I would highly recommend this place for its very authentic food and great service!
Tucked away on this park is a wonderful cafe restaurant that takes Italy’s coffee seriously, gives its food generously and just seems to love being there. We have been there three times now - not from the area - and everyone really wants to make you enjoy your experience. The banquet was good value.
I had a wrap which was nice but the kids meals are to be desired for the price. Very rude staff. The barista that works on Sunday is unbelievably demeaning. Cafes that employ such rude staff will never last. I think the owners should invest in some training in manners with their staff. Their reputation proceeded them and I was shocked to personally find it’s justified.
Revisited today after our original visit 3 years ago and the mezze board for two is just as great! Lovely service, nice setting in parkland. Specials board and great menu. Rather than battle trying to park at Westpoint there was plenty of parking a short walk away.
A super cool cafe in the middle of a busy park with playground to the side. A menu with middle eastern inspirations as well as your typical skip meals like - bacon and egg wraps etc the spiced, home made carrot cake is definitely a winner. Lovely to see the manager so engaged with the customers and
