We have been customers for many years. Always used to have friendly service and consistently good food. Lately the service is at times perfunctory and the portion sizes have shrunk while the prices have gone up. Heaps of liquid to make it look full. I would think, especially post-covid, that great service and value for money would be better to attract people than making something look like it’s value when it isn’t. We aren’t fooled and don’t want to feel cheated. There are other options in the food court and elsewhere in the centre, so I’ll be thinking long and hard before giving my money to this shop again. What used to be a 4-5 star experience has gone down to only 1 star.

Pakwaan catered for our house party. The food arrived piping hot and neatly packed. We were also given proper serving and reheating instructions. Above every dish was flavourful authentic and finger-lickingly good! There were generous portions and very reasonably priced. We had guests of all ages and palates and every single one was left extremely filled and satisfied. Thank you Team Pakwaan for the food that hit the spot!

Extremely overpriced! $16 for chole bhature and you only get the quantity of chole enough for one bhatura. Why do you even serve the additional bhatura then?

Always come here to eat every Friday, food always nice but the staff is not that friendly,always look like they hate their lifes when serving people. Prices are reasonable but they can be a bit stingy with the suace, gives you a whole lot of rice but not enough suace to enjoy it with.

Tasty vegetable curry and the fresh cheese naan was nice and light. My only complaint is that I find the prices are too expensive for vegetarian dishes.

best fast food/food court place I’ve been to! there’s so many vegetarian options (which is common for Indian food) and they’re ALL amazing! flavourful and rich and prepared fresh. Decent prices and frequent customer card gives you some good deals. The staff are always so kind and lovely.

It's ok. The butter chicken was ok and the lamb rogan josh,though was a little bitter in taste had plenty of meat on it. Also tried chicken tikka masala which was a little watered down and the Palak paneer was ok too. If you get the just yet it's ok 😌
