Really disappointed with the quality of the wraps / rappa at Oporto Top Ryde. We bought 3 and 2 of these were broken all along the sides. Bought Bondi burger & wrap but unfortunately got a bun with old patties & no sauce. This Oporto has turned into rubbish and the quality of food has dropped.
Service is good, chips is amazing as always but quality of burger keep coming down, oporti needs to do something about it, price also reasonable, location is great too
Ordered a double fillet Bondi meal today with chilli; chilli was missing, the chicken fillets were dry, tough and burnt black. Chips were cold and stale. They need to up their standards and actually serve fresh made food as they say they do. Very disappointed and won't be back.
4.7 - Had a craving for hot chips and that's what I got! Efficient service, and a fresh serving of small hot chips! Perfect size and value, crispy and hot! Maybe I just went there at the right time?
Had a uber delivery chips was cold so is burger didn't look like the actual photo at all drink was hot as in room temperature. Called to talk to manager or supervisor. Wasn't available, took him a few minutes to understand what I was trying to tell him, at the end up in the bin except the drink.

I ordered otropo burger, the bacon was cold not hot at all & another halloumi & chicken burger same with that
But it was so late that my break was finished
