Ordered a coffee and muffin. Muffin come out first. Then half hour later had to ask about coffee. Waiter bought one out and rudely said they had 100 coffees to do. Not 100 people in sight. Then watched the ones making coffee and to clean used coffee cups they put them under water from coffee machine

Great coffee, best cakes in the centre. However, chairs are totally unsuited for anyone with back issues so we are not able to stop and enjoy this cafe any more. Any chance of replacing the seating?

Service is appalling, they forgot 3/4 of our order... third time lucky we got it, but the coffee was still wrong... food was good though.

Appallingly slow service. Awful food and coffee. Would give zero if I could. I wonder if their management didn’t look at the reviews - - - which all point to the same thing.

We git oyr Coffee quick enough but they forgot to get oyr food to us, after 7 mins i had to get up and ask for it .!! They were to busy laughing abt there iwn life ..Didn't reslly care .
