Dropped in here in the way back to Melbourne from Metung and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and drinks. Ordered the lamb salad and banh mi and both dishes were fresh and delicious. Lamb salad had a heap of ingredients in it and zinged together well, although was massive so probably could share between two people. Fast paced vibes and friendly staff, would recommend for a decent brunch.

Delicious food in a great location just near the waters edge at the Port of Sale. We had the Caesar Salad, Sweet Potato Burger and Pumpkin Salad - all yummy !

We love Portside, it is one of our favourites for breky, lunch and dinner when they open for shows at the Wedge and gallery. We are regulars and the team never disappoints. The new mango panna cotta is as fresh and delicious as it looks - my now favourite breky!

One of our favourite places to eat! Food is always amazing, there are heaters outside for cooler days and is dog friendly. Its in a great location for travellers being next to the library and information centre. Quick service and staff are always lovely and efficient.

Got a takeaway Jimmy burger here on the 18th August while on a work trip with another colleague, it was that good I was going to come back the following weekend but couldn’t due to lockdown! The burger was one of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked meat patty which was juicy and not dry, and all of the ingredients went great together, not to mention the portion size was a bit larger than the usual so I was actually full afterwards instead of wanting more! I was also blown away by the friendliness and welcome from the staff as you walk in, and even getting the food handed to you while you wait was a nice touch. It was very busy on the day, and the food came out quickly. It’s also a great atmosphere inside as well with high ceilings. Very highly recommend and will definitely be back after the lockdowns. The reviews are definitely testament to how good the owners are running this business.

Dropped in for lunch after reading all the great reviews and was not dissappointed. Great food, very clean dining and value for money. Special mention to our lovely waitress Ella who was very attentive, polite and always smiling. Thank you Ella.

Dropped in today for lunch with my other half after hearing great things about the food. The staff were friendly & accommodating even though they were busy with a full restaurant & a large party of 20. We shared the Cuban sandwich (pilled with ham, cheese, pickles & pulled pork the mustard on the side;) and the Classic beef burger with cheese, bacon, lettuce & tomato. I was so full I had to take my half of the burger home! Both the sandwich & the burger were juicy & well seasoned. Well priced good portions. We will definitely be back as I have to try the other dishes that were coming out, everything looked so good!

Enjoyed an amazing meal here last night...table service was fantastic by all staff, especially Brendon (our waiter). Vibe was friendly & food was SO good, highly recommend Portside :)

Just experienced Portside food & Wine for the first time, great service, place looks fantastic had a real buzz about it. Had the caesar salad and it was delish, one of my friends had the budha bowl and said it was beautiful. Well done guys will def be back.

Weeknight, so was not busy. Steak was delish, sides were great. All nicely cooked and washed down with a nice local red that went well with the food. There was a tasty IPA on tap as well as a couple of mainstream tap beers. We’ll be back for sure.
