Review Cafe No.8 - Sale

Went for lunch with a friend, the food was good but staff were not very friendly. No smiles and tended to be gossipers. I asked for a fork for my loaded fries (which isn't an odd request) and were gossiping about it between co workers. Similarly they were constantly staring at us and talking between ourselves which was highly uncomfortable. Whilst others got very friendly service and were greeted with lots of smiles and laughs. I'm unsure if the rudeness was because of our age (Young adults) or what but it was definitely awkward and uncomfortable whilst eating lunch.

I'd give no stars if that were an option Today will be the last time I go to Cafe 8, the last time I put up with the wrong order, the last time I put up with rude staff. I may have this wrong so feel free to correct me if I am, but I believe a capachino and a latte are two different things and you can't change a latte into a capachino by just sprinkling chocolate over the top, right? As a family run Biz, you'd think that ALL family members would take pride in their customer service and value their customers. But the absolute opposite is shown 8/9 times out 10 that I go there.

really rude lady at the counter, was looking at the menu (which by the way is extremely overpriced and outdated) the lady didn’t say hello or even smile and then told me i couldn’t sit at the chairs. there was literally no one sitting down, i’ll be more careful of your invisible customers next time i never come back.

A message to Robbie Mabilia . i was the man standing at the counter when the waitress asked you to not sit at the table and consume your goods from another food venue, They have every right to request this, the tables and chairs are all the property of the Cafe for the customers of Cafe No 8. there are signs up stating that food from other places are not to be consumed at the Cafe. the signs were printed by the centre management not the cafe.

A very rude staff member today.i said for her to leave her attitude at home.she just fired up again. Its not the first time this has happen. Might give the cafe a miss.

Today change my rating. Went To The cafe and got the order wrong. Not nice and got sick from the food. Got home after being there and fraught the food up.

Beautiful food and friendly people. My family greatly enjoyed our beautiful breakfast this morning.

Great food, happy staff and lovely coffee for my caffeine fix!
