Horrible, I’ll never get food from this place again, mine and my sons souvlakis went in the bin after a few horrible bites, hard, fat, over cooked meat, a few little slices of tomato which was barely edible, probably last weeks and all served with horrible shredded frozen lettuce and a spoon full of gooo. They forgot 2 serves of chips and what they did deliver was cold and gross.

Just picked up our family pack meal and as usual it was excellent . I also read all the comments about the new management, Terry has been in charge of Sandy chicken plus for the last two years . Not sure why people are making up stuff about new managers. Anyway my family and I love there Charcoal chicken and chicken salt chips. They are the best around .

It's smokey as heck inside the shop. I'm sure it's an OHS issue! Unfortunately almost no gluten free options other than salad.

Chips cooked 3:30pm 17/2/22 by chef with black hair wearing black chef's jacket were absolutely excellent. Bravo!

I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the new management! my food was undercooked and they initially refused a refund and offered me a new burger (which I didn't want after having one with RAW CHICKEN) and only offered a refund when I asked them if they would like me to sue! NEVER had an issue like this with the old management!

Ordered the HSP here 3 times and each time was satisfied. They do chicken HSP’s better than lamb, which is a little unusual but not a bad thing. Will continue coming here for an HSP whenever I’m in Bayside. Wife harasses me for the chicken HSP all the time now, says it’s her absolute favorite

Would NOT recommend, ordered via Uber eats and didn’t receive the chips. I called the shop directly to resolve the issue as I thought it would be a quick fix to deliver the chips… oh how I was wrong. The First Lady was apologetic but obviously didn’t know customer service as she passed it off to the owner/manager, who said they couldn’t deliver the chips I had ordered OR refund me. VERY poor customer service and obviously don’t take care with orders as they didn’t add what was ordered. I will NOT be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Been going for years and it’s remained fairly reliably good, however can’t give it a full 5 stars since a recent change in ownership. Chicken and chips are delicious and have still remained the exact same cooked to perfection. Most menu items have increased in price which isn’t unjustifiable but some menu items like the chicken roll pack have smaller portions now which is disappointing.

Very nice and generous portion! The dark meat was nice and chips were seasoned well. My Caesar salad was good to compliment the chicken.<br/>Overall, satisfied ! <br/>

Shop does not use actual chicken souvlaki meat - they use roast chicken and pass it off as chicken souvlaki meat instead - called to advise and was not offered an apology or a refund - quite disappointed in service

Located at Sandringham , the customer service, not bad , ok talk about the food - ordered chicken fillet burger and half chicken pack . The chicken filet really old shcool ( bun , burger , cabbage and mayo) done omg really disappointed. Charcoal Chicken over cook the meat really hard rock . Price around 38++ aud , if u hungry please don't go there , really waste your stomach.

Excellent chicken and lamb souvlakis, chicken schnitzel burger is very good too.  Chips come in huge portions inc. the small size being MUCH bigger than say a KFC or McD large.  Good value and good service.  Been going there three years and every time I've gone everything has been made to order so always fresh and hot.

I honestly love the chips, chicken and salad here. Not the most upmarket place, but perfect for when you are craving quality fish and chips in the area of Sandringham.

Some things good some things terrible. Chips are good gravy is nice but Greek salad had no dressing. The lamb had no seasoning but it was still ok but came with no tzatziki or garlic sauce. Would of made it enjoyable. Great that they use free range chicken. Slightly concerned that right next to where u sit to wait the fire extinguisher is covered in black dust and looks like something at the back of an untouched warehouse. Would take 5 seconds to wipe down but hasn't been cleaned in what looks like forever and if that's in the waiting/dining area on view id hate to see out the back.

It's not fancy but it does chicken and chips well. Look it mightn't be fancy - infact its downright dingy but it's real charcoal chicken with some nice fresh chicken salt smothered chips (sometimes it CAN be a little salty). To be honest there isn't much charcoal chicken competition around here but its still pretty good at any level. Plus it's a stone throw from the Sandringham beach area!

Insanely over priced and nothing is edible. Too salty, dry, watery sloppy gravy.never back again.
