A very welcoming environment. We were seated quickly and our orders were taken. We didn’t have to wait very long for our meals either.
The feasting meal was nice, my eggs tasted like smoked salmon.The eggs beni was also ok.
Coffee was brilliant ☕️
It was a little expensive- almost $60, for 2 coffees and 2 meals.
Had a delicious lunch here. Ordered the burgher and a glass of white wine.
Before I knew it my order was ready.
From the first bite I went to foodie heaven (pun intended!). The combination of beef, coleslaw, and the most delicious tangy mustard that set off the tantalising melted cheese! Need I say more except the accompanying chips were more of a herb or seasoning flavour, and very welcome.
The service on the day was excellent. Even though they were quite busy with lunch customers, I got seated immediately, and perhaps because I knew what I wanted and mentioned I was on a deadline, but my meal was served within 15 minutes. Now that’s service!
The staff were relaxed, welcoming, professional and courteous, and naturally smiling, great staff, and so refreshing in a city where waitstaff can give so much attitude.
The only thing I would have changed would have to have have stated for a desert, and a coffee, and sat and read my unread book, maybe another more leisurely day!

Cute little place. Busy but pumping and organised. Staff attentive and ordered a coffee upon sitting down.
Ordered the abundance bowl. Came with strawberry Bircher, toasted almonds, coconut, fruits and maple. Was so friggen delicious and fresh and just yum. So well presented too. Also ordered the fig and raisin toast with ricotta and honey. This was nice too.
Coffee was good. Look forward to a second visit to try something different. Menu isn't the same as the zomatos, they have updated it. A little pricey but everything sounds tasty.
Was driving through Sans Souci and saw it. Have heard others talk about it so I thought I'd give it a go. Good coffee, food was good too but not the cheapest. Staff were friendly.
Would go again.
Love their watermelon juice with mint it's excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Found the grilled chicken club sandwich bit inconsistent but other than that they are good
Such a welcoming environment and were greeted instantly. Had a choice to sit inside or out and were not rushed to a table, instead got to choose where we wanted to sit. We were approached for drinks where I ordered a Greek frappe (which was decent). The service was really outstanding and I proceeded to order the big breakfast. Finished it with pleasure without complaints. Really recommend for a great breakfast experience. Food and service 👌🏼
Foodies have just changed management and with this has come a decrease in popularity hover this has always been one of my favourite cafes so I continue to go! Yesterday I went and had the fruit salad but opted for no chia seeds or yoghurt. It was so delicious and fresh and the pineapple omg was so so good!!! However I can say from previous visits I have had their food numerous times and nothing has ever disappointed. Dad had a coffee and each time we go he says it gets better and better!!
A bustling and busy joint - be prepared to wait - but from what I saw, well worth it. I just picked up the grilled chicken salad (19), but I highly recommend it - a great serving of grilled chicken, spiced pumpkin, a large bed of rocket and cherry tomatoes with balsamic, with a beautiful serving of hummus on the side. A delicious and healthy lunch. A shout out also to the friendly and attentive wait staff.
Nice, modern and cozy coffee shop atmosphere. Variety of food options. Affogato was nice and sweet.
Always very busy though so if you don't like crowds it would not be the place for you.
Overall nice cafe with cosy atmosphere but nothing sensational.
Be warned, this place is always busy. With its generous serving sizes, fresh selection of meals and upbeat and friendly service it's no wonder why.

Recently dropped in for coffees and the place is still as busy as ever but we managed to grab a small table outside.
We asked for a couple of chocolate thickshakes instead of the standard milkshakes on the menu. You would expect to pay extra for a thickshake but it's disappointing when you end up with a frappe rather than a thickshake; rather than adding extra ice cream we got extra ice. Wouldn't recommend asking for a thickshake!
A cute cafe that's got style and great food in the south. Plenty of choices on the menu to get the taste buds!
I like how you can sit inside or outside with plenty of seating. Service is great and friendly. Well priced.
Great café after a morning walk around Sandringham and St Georges River foreshore.
Eggs poached perfectly on a bed of grain sourdough toast, smashed avo, chorizo and salsa. Nice balance of flavours and chorizo had just the right piquancy.
Coffee, whilst not the best bean around was well prepared and hit the spot.
Busy on a mid week morning so the locals obviously like it too.
This has become one of my favorite cafes. The Raw Granola with the coconut yoghurt is great. The menu has something for everyone and importantly the coffee is good too. Check out the specials board as there's often something of interest there. Service is friendly in this always busy cafe and prices are reasonable.... Just. Overall though, this is a real gem.

Visiting busy cafes with a lot of people tends to be a tiring affair for me, but the waitstaff here are incredibly welcoming and mindful. Service was very attentive with the little things like water constantly replenished. I was super satisfied with my big breakfast, and somehow managed to finish nearly all of it (which surprised me and the people sitting around me). My caramel frappuccino had a slightly odd milk flavour towards the end of it, but it was nice enough to share with another friend. Definitely worth a visit if in the area, especially with such pleasant waiters and a simple, tasty, and decently sized menu.
Love love love this place. It is definitely one of the best local brunch/lunch spots in the area.
Coffee is fantastic. Food is amazing. Every dish my friends and I have tried have been well made and thought of. Of course the breakfast menu is great but gosh, that chicken salad makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Who knew a simple dish can be done so right. If you're a hummus fan like myself, I highly recommend it. The prawn linguine that is often on the specials board is also one of my friends go to.
Service is always attentive and staff is amazingly friendly. They offered me a blanket when it was windy, told me about their coffee and remembered my order from 2 weeks ago.
Though the place looks busy, wait is not often too long. If you come from another area, don't forget to take a walk by the beach after your meal.
Nice service :) everything was smooth. Had the today's catch (grilled salmon salad). Slightly bland but did still taste nice. Healthy choice. Would try something else next time.
Cracker. Great little place that is a stand out in the area. Very busy but staff remain happy and friendly. Coffee rates an 8 as does the food and the atmosphere is chilled. Staff are attentive but not intrusive and know their stuff. Food was fresh, yuuuuuummy and diverse enough so that there was something to please everyone. Shame they don't do dinner. We were down there looking at property and the presence of this place has pretty much swayed us. Awesome!
We ordered the giant pan breakfast ($17) which had the above (potatoes, tomatoes, chorizo, bacon, fried eggs and mushroom) drizzled in olive oil. The bread was delicious as one would expect, since it was supplied by Brasserie Bread. The ingredients had a great combination of flavour - the spiciness of the chorizo, sourness of the tomatoes, saltiness of the bacon, slight sweetness of the mushrooms.
I had Foodies version of a big breakfast, it's called the GIANT pan with Eggs (Calzone) Bacon, tomato, mushroom, Chorizo, Hash brown and Sourdough. MMM!! Good atmosphere, great service, organic drinks and dare to be different.
On our trip down south to Royal National Park for a fun-filled day of kayaking, we took a brunch detour and stopped off at Foodies Deli Cafe, Dolls Point . This cafe embodies the cool & hip vibe of the many top cafes you would find in Surry Hills/Darlinghurst and the food doesn’t disappoint either! I love the decor from the coffee sack cushions to the Brasserie Bread box behind the counter. Here you’ll also find you can purchase gourmet and organic products. Caramel Frappe Refreshing icy cold caramel slushie and two Pascall? caramel eclairs with chocolate centers on a ‘swizzle stick’. How cute are those teacups! Foodies giant pan brekky w/ eggs al calzone (fried & flipped), bacon, tomato, mushrooms, chorizo & sauteed kipfler potatoes $17 It really is gigantic! I’m so glad the boy and I opted to share this as we would not have been able to do it alone. Generous serves of bacon (but then again, there can never be enough bacon!) , crispy pan-fried chorizo slices,
Had breakie there for the first time. While my plate was colourful and appetising my partner's with simple poached eggs and bacon looked quite bleak. Didnt have to wait for a table whole place was buzzing and coffee was nice....
Went back to Foodies today for the first time in ages. Almost forgot how awesome these guys are! Had their Brekkie Stack which was pointed out to me from the specials menu by our waiter (a bald guy w two different coloured eyes!) and a perfectly made piccolo made by their new female barista. Was a little worried at first because their usual barista (cute rocker looking dude with long hair.. I forget his name.. Something European) wasn't there but I was not left disappointed.
All the staff are so friendly not to mention funny. Great food, great coffee and amazing people. Definitely won't let it be so long again!
One of the best. Had the giant brekky pan again. The standard amount of tomato, bacon and chorizo and bread they put in here is more than any other place. When you put the whole lot together it's tremendous value. They open from 6am. The owners could easily give masterclasses in how to engage customers. They also have plenty of things in the cabinet that you can take away including cronuts. Rules down here in the south but thankfully not visited by hordes of food bloggers.
This place definitely has the best coffee in town! Try their cronut on Saturdays they are amazing! Food is also good value. Always busy but usually just a short wait.
Family focused cafe. Solid food offerings, but really with a family focus. congregation of screaming toddlers and barking dogs on a weekend morning may not be a relaxing place/time for singles or couples.
How great is this place!. Went to Foodies for the 1st time last weekend and had the best time.
Amazing coffee, fantastic food and such unbelievable service. Our quick coffee turned into a long lunch and we loved every minute.

Busy with the morning mums' crowd but they handled it well. Eggs bene interesting with ham & half the toast seperate from eggs. Butter as a side. Nice spinach. Bland coffee today.

coffee was delish, the quirky type which some may not like but i loved it. my partner had the big pan brekkie, i had a taste and everything was fantastic, the eggs were cooked to perfection. i went for one of the specials, the lamb burger. again really good, to be hyper-critical, it could have done with a little more sauce.
would i go back?....definitely!!

Stumbled across Foodies taking some short cuts through Sans Souci last Sunday morning and behold there she was, doors wide open with people everywhere.
There were streams of people buzzing aroung the front and we were immediatelty aproached by the owner with his reassuring words that it wouldnt be long for a table. After 5 minutes we were seated inside to a pumping cafe with great vibes. design and friendly staff.
Coffee was to die for starting with a double ris for me and a perfect picollo for the hand brake-girlfriend.
Breakie was ordered and delivered within cafe standard time and our plates were cleared even cleaner from when they arrived.
Overall we couldnt fault this flawless cafe in the peak of their crazy day and were mesmerised as we sat and watched them pump out meals and coffee like sycronised machines and will definately be back to try the rest of thier menu hopefully if we can get lost again!!
This a great cafe! Breaky is great, lunch, you have to try their classic burger!
Great Di Gabriel coffee prepared by very experienced baristas (from a Wega machine for the coffee geeks). Staff are always friendly. Menu is elegantly simple, but done very well and served quickly. The burger is always a favourite. Highly recommended.
Foodies fat breakfast. It's no wonder that its so hard to get a table at Foodies Sans Souci. With it's generous & meze like pan breaky , hot & strong coffee, and fast & friendly service it is a welcome addition to the emerging Cafe scene in St. George. The decor is a mix of industrial and rustic while the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and down to earth. Even the kids feel right at home here. You can stay for a meal, a quick shot of coffee or just drop in for some fresh sourdough to take home. Individual woollen throws are a lovely touch on those chill winters days. Hope it stays this way!
